XXXX XXXX plus account # XXXX was sent to a collection agency named Harvest. The phone number for the collection agency Harvest was provided to me by a customer service representative from XXXX, Ive called Harvest at this XXXX several times, no one answers the phone and it will ring until eventually going to a voicemail, voicemail message asks you to leave a message with your contact info and a brief description as to what the call is about. I have left several messages ( at least 8 ), I have included in my messages my contact info and the account info for which I am calling about. I have yet to receive a call back from Harvest. All I am trying to do is settle my debt and have the negative mark in my account deleted, and have Harvest report to the credit bureaus that my account is paid in full. I am baffled at the fact that it is so hard to get to speak with someone at Harvest or even to get a phone call returned.

I have never had a relationship with this company but came across a post on XXXX that greatly disturbed me. The VP of XXXX made an incredibly disparaging remark about XXXX XXXX ( XXXX ) in a public forum, where he compared her to the XXXX " character '' that was proven a hoax.
Given the platform that XXXX in regulating financial entities, this seems not only irresponsible but completely inappropriate. As a VP of XXXX, I would expect him to comport himself with a completely different level of decorum. One could assume that his commitment to compliance may be questionable if he is so openly vocal and disrespectful to the members of congress who set those rules and regulations.

Harvest Strategy Group made an unauthorized inquiry on my XXXX XXXX consumer report. I do not have an account with them, never gave them permission and they did not have any permissible purpose under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I have attempted to resolve this issue in the past but they ignored my previous complaint and never sent me any correspondence. They have accessed my personally identifiable information and as a result of this unauthorized act, I may be potentially exposed to identity theft. No consent is Identity theft. I have pursued legal action against them because they refused to respond and my privacy has been invaded and is at great risk. See attachments.
