A money judgment {$1400.00} was awarded to XXXX XXXX ( who by profession is a professional debt collector for XXXX XXXX ) in XXXX. Apparently Ms XXXX obtained a debt collector in XXXX by the name of XXXX XXXX, who started a Writ of Garnishment in XXXX, I guess it failed and then debt collector started it again in XXXX Mrs. XXXX and Ms XXXX colluded and committed fraud upon the court in the amount owed. Ms. XXXX had been getting payments from debtor via XXXX XXXX since XXXX and willfully withheld the information from debt collector ( according to the debt collector in an email she sent me on XX/XX/XXXX ) this is also the first time Mrs XXXX contacted me in regards to this debt, there was never a validation notice sent which she also affirms she never sent me ANY correspondence in her emails to me. Mrs. XXXX also added over {$570.00} in fees to the debt of {$1400.00} in XXXX when she filed for the Writ, but the total amount owed was {$930.00} since XXXX, ( as of XX/XX/XXXX {$1400.00} had been paid ) a hearing date has been scheduled for XX/XX/XXXX to cancel this Writ, a formal complaint has been filed with the Attorney General 's office, violation of the FDCPA is criminal in AZ no money damages available, my lawyer will be filing suit for money damages per statute after the hearing XX/XX/XXXX. Between both individuals there is over 30 years of debt collection so this was not a one off or accidental.
