On XX/XX/2018my facial lady moved to a new spa and asked me to go with her. I signed a one year agreement to do 12 pre paid services. The last time I went to the spa was XX/XX/2018. My facial lady went to XXXX and was fired. The spa owner never disclosed this to me. Someone also upgraded my membership from 12 prepaid services to 24 with no consent and charged my XXXX XXXX/m not XXXX/m as I agreed. When I discovered this late XX/XX/2018 I sent notice to the owner that she was no longer authorized to charge on my XXXX. I had tried to get in the previous months and was told XXXX was still out of town and finally XXXX told me she had been fired. The spa continued to charge my card despite my withdrawal of consent for several months until finally XXXX helped me block them from using the number to process charges. Now they are wrongfully attempting too collect on a debt for the altered contract amount when the underlying agreed amount has been paid in full. I agreed to 12 services at XXXX and have been charged and am being sued for 24 services at XXXX and even her lawyer agrees I agreed to only 12 services.
