EnFin is the loan provider for our solar panels. EnFin offered a .25 % deduction if we signed up for autopay before the loans first payment. We signed up for autopay and the amount to pay was posted on the invoice which included the .25 % deduction. EnFins system does not appear to recognize this deduction and therefore still charged us for the amount that was supposed to be a discount. EnFin then added a late fee when this amount was not paid. EnFin called numerous times and left harassing debt collection messages. When I spoke to a representative and explained that this late amount was not late because it was part of a .25 % deduction, the representative acknowledged that it was EnFins error and it would take 10 businesses days to fix. EnFin still called twice after that to collect! After a second call with EnFin, the representative noted that they changed their system and so the note to update this error was never received. To date, almost a month later there are still fees charged and EnFin has not fixed this issue.
