: I filed with XXXX XXXX XXXX and they said she did violate my rights and ethics code violation. XXXX XXXX has tons of violation. I also found out she charged me fees that I had no idea about. And the seller of the house I bought didn't tell me of issues that had happened prior to sale. So far I have spent a ton of money fixing things he did not tell me about. I also filed with XXXX XXXX XXXX and he ignored the complaint. XXXX was not working as my agent should have. I also found out she illegally took money from me that was never talked over or authorized. I have paid more of my money that should not have happen.She also threatened to end the sale after I refused to pay a 3rd party. I was given a very bad deal.I also paid XXXX over the price for a washer, dryer and stove.The items did not work. I ended up having no choice but to buy new items. I was also not told truth about the cost needed to be replaced. I am limited income and so far all my money was taken by XXXX XXXX and the home owner.I bought this home in XX/XX/2023. So far in just replacements, trash removal, fixing the entire home electric installed a hearer, redid the pipes, bought a new stover, washer, dryer and fridge.I have paid over XXXX. And more in the mean time.So I am seeking to sue for her fee of XXXX plus, all the money that was put into the home so far and to come. Due to her negligence.

I was purchasing a home thru Howard Hanna real estate and I have multiple issues with the company. First they denied me a refund on my appraisal and the appraisal was never done or scheduled. I did sign a document stating I would not be refunded if I failed to purchase the home due to my fault, this never happened I didnt purchase the home because once I received the information on the HOA and the master policy I did not agree with the terms. The HOA master policy was not given to me until after I made the offer on the home and I canceled the sale immediately. The appraisal was never scheduled. But they still denied me a refund. Second I am not ok with the way I was treated by my realtor XXXX XXXX and by the finance guy XXXX XXXX. Things were very unprofessional and very confusing to me and I have since moved on to another realty which I Am happy with. XXXX XXXX made me pay off all of my credit cards and close them out completely. XXXX XXXX tried to get me to put in an offer of 98 % of the asking price of XXXX and we settled at XXXX much less than 98 %. When I tried to talk to XXXX XXXX about my concerns he told me to take my business elsewhere. XXXX XXXX lost her patience with me and started screaming at me on the phone. I have consulted with 2 other realty companies and they agreed I should get my money back on the appraisal. Thank you

XX/XX/XXXX I filed a complaint with the company around Loan Originations Fiduciary Responsibilities per RESPA pertaining to an accurate Escrow Analysis on a home that was built in XX/XX/XXXX( per blue prints ), used as a model home and was sold to me in XX/XX/XXXX. A home appraisal was conducted for the value of the home and I purchased home owners insurance for replacement value, however was not used to figured accurate escrow for real estate taxes for the 360 amortization schedule that was provided. In addition, my loan was sold to another bank prior to first monthly payment and my escrow was understated by a near 70 %. This clerical error increased my monthly payment by {$900.00} and has affected my ability to repay.
I received three separate responses from the company that are attached as supporting documentation. It appears that since I used this company for the home purchase and loan originations my personal information was shared within the company departments without my consent. In addition, the loan originator in which I filed the complaint called me personally to rectify my complaint.

Howard Hanna mo rtgage wanted me to close XXXX credit cards and pay them in full at XXXX bank and give proof that it occurred. They did n't specify how the proof was needed. XXXX credit cards were paid in full and closed prior to closing however the mortgage company then further detailed that the credit card company had to email me a letter stating that this occurred. That was against the guidelines of the card company. They would only send a letter which could take weeks that stated that the account was closed. I pleaded with them but they would not budge. They did agree to verbally explain that they were paid and closed but the mortgage company would not allow that to happen. I 've tried to explain that they are requiring me to provide something that can not be provided. I now worry that the loan will not close because of this and I wo n't get the house.

Documents dates from XX/XX/XXXX/XX/XX/XXXX as well as currently XX/XX/XXXX numbers, dates loan numbers and a lot of the information and documents are different that what I signed and what Im reviewing and the title company made me change my signature and Ive requested a copy of what is on file at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX the supposed title company and XXXX XXXX XXXX as well as previous mortgage company as well as requested copies of the appraisals and paperwork. As well as have gone to phfa and called agencies for counseling for home buyers at phfa.as well as my employers and tax documents. Each time Ive asked for copies the documents are changed or something is different and Ive sought an attorney as well as gone to my church.

I supplied and XXXX deposit on a property that I was looking to purchase at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX, XXXX Ohio XXXX for the amount of {$2300.00}. At the time of the initial purchase agreement the deal was to be cash, the deal was later switched to financing which the agent, XXXX XXXX, Real Estate Licenses : XXXX ( OH ) of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX OH XXXX was made aware of. The purchase agreement was never amended by XXXX, I was declined for financing because the building was not insured correctly and now the seller refuses to return the earnest deposit because the contract was never changed by our agent.
I am a XXXX veteran and my wife is a minority and this {$2300.00} is very important to us
