I financed a car through Redrock financial around XXXX or XXXX the car was deemed a total loss and I didn't have full coverage.Fast forward to XXXX and XXXX I have been being garnished almost XXXX a month, I don't feel like they are reporting the balance correctly or that I have been paying the balance down. I am trying to shop for another auto loan and I'm being expected to put large amounts down due to this situation ... .I experienced a total loss in XXXX with another auto loan company but luckily I had full coverage and gap pay.i want this cleared up immediately with the credit bureaus

These are the MOST RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL individuals ever. They are disrespectful. They say things like " your a deadbeat ''. Multiple Times I have communicated to this company NOT to contact me at work. They continue to call me at work with the most recent voicemail being XX/XX/18 at XXXX XXXX EST. I have communicated with in writing that there should not be ANY calls or contact attempts made to me at work.
