In XX/XX/XXXX I took my dog to XXXX XXXX XXXX. It was supposed to be a free visit because I adopted her from the animal shelter but while there I let them guilt me into all sorts of other things she needed and they put me on a payment arrangement with post dated checks. I had it down to {$40.00} owed still with that split into two more checks when my bank account was compromised and drained. I called them immediately to cancel those checks. A week later my dad and cousin died and dealing with the funerals I forgot to get back with them. The vet then tried to cash the checks anyways and charged me NSF fees since the checks didnt go through then sent a balance of {$170.00} to H & H legal to collect the debt. H & H called me one time to collect the debt and I told them I didnt have it as I had to borrow money and spend all my money on my dads funeral and was homeless at the time. They then took it to small claims court, added a bunch of fees to it, when I was served papers I begged and pleaded with them to allow a payment arrangement instead of going to court or let me call in or change court date as I was on strict bed rest. They refused so they won their case because I didnt go to court, I was never set anything with my new balance. H & H then had two additional court dates that I was never notified of at all that thy added attorney fees and court costs for because I didnt show up. We then had court on XX/XX/XXXX that I was finally notified of so they could get employment info to start garnishing, they showed up an hour late to court and asked my info, due to health reasons I dont work because I was in a bad accident. I asked th that day to send me an itemized statement since they have all these other fees added and to set up a payment plan. They said theyd send my statement and that it includes initial balance, interest, attorney fees, and court costs. The initial small claims docket says they only got the XXXX plus attorney fees and court costs. Nothing about interest. To this day ( XX/XX/XXXX ) I have asked via writing and in person 7 times in writing and once in person for a statement and have been ignored every time or told they would send it and they still havent.

Received a 30 days notice from H & H legal support services attempting to collect a debt for a car repossession. I did speak with them and advised I would take the car back if possible since the collection was for the full amount of the original sale they got back with me saying the shady, dealer had already sold the car. I proceeded to still keep my arrangement and made the 1st payment to them. I am legally only supposed to pay the difference they sold it for and this agency should only be charging me the difference. I did not receive any other update or letter with the correct amount and when asked they said this was a new customer and they were not aware of certain things!? Good customer service is not there strong suit and apparently proper collection methods either. They are quick to collect and send letters and threaten small claims and garnishment of wages but do not even have the correct information to proceed to collect.
