Contacted by CUSTOMER CARE GLOBAL, XXXX, on or around XXXX XX/XX/2022, in regards to XXXX loan turned over to collections by XXXX XXXX XXXX I informed XXXX I had no such loan. He read back my address and SSN, however had an email and bank account that are not mine. I advised him that this was identity theft, and told him to stop collection activity. XXXX stated he would stop collection activity. I made a report with my local law enforcement, Ftc, and XXXX. I have not heard back from Customer Care Global. XXXX XXXX XXXX initially stated I needed to take it up with XXXX, however after I filed my FTC and XXXX complaints, they began emailing me back telling me I needed to prove this was not me. I told them, they needed to furnish the bank account, phone # and email used to get this loan. They will not. Both companies are involved in identity theft and need to be held accountable, and not allowed to assist trying to defraud American Citizens.

On XX/XX/XXXX I received an e-mail that looked fraudulent from : XXXX. I looked up the company from a regular source about the e-mail. It took a bit to find me but confirmed that a personal loan was taken out in my name and XXXX. The address however is not my home address and the bank they sent the money to is not a business I bank with. I also don't take out personal since I have other means to take out money. the e-mail stated that " You opened a consumer Loan with XXXX XXXX. As of XX/XX/XXXX you owed XXXX '' which I have not. I have not heard anything additional from the company and I am concerned that additional loans will be taken out in my name and that this company will try and collect a debt that is not mine.

Tribal loans were signed up for online using my information. I have since closed my accounts and changed credit card numbers. I have been notified the debts are being collected by Customer Care Global XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, IL XXXX XXXX The company was notified via email on XX/XX/XXXX The fraudulent deposits into my account were made by a shady group of online tribal lenders. The websites were XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX I am unaware of how my information was obtained. I have also received threats from other companies in this group of loan affiliated companies alleging loans taken out years ago that never happened.

On XX/XX/XXXX I received a call from customer care global a debt collection agency. They told me I took out a look in XX/XX/XXXX through withuloans for {$1200.00} and now have a balance of {$2200.00}. The representative had my dad 's email address on file, his mailing address, but my social security number and my phone number. The loan was deposited to truist bank with an account number ending in XXXX. I called truist bank to confirm i didn't have an account under my name which i didn't, also my Father also does not have an account through them and did not take out this loan.

On XX/XX/2023 I received two text messages from someone named XXXX with Customer Care Global stating they received a notice from their website that I submitted a dispute, which I did not. One text message was sent at XXXX and another text with the same exact message at XXXX. I have never contacted this agency before. These messages continued to wake me up and felt very pushy. I have never received a validation notice from this agency yet they have continued to contact me about this debt.
