I am a single, XXXX XXXX -year-old woman. I have lived in my home for 32 years. In XXXX , I took out a conventional mortgage loan with XXXX . The loan was supposed to be 5.5 % APR. At closing, I was charged 7.75 % APR and an additional {$18000.00} in fees. In XXXX due to a medical condition, I was unable make these much higher payments. XXXX XXXX XXXX took over the mortgage without my consent or knowledge and began foreclosure. The foreclosure documents I received only included 1/2 of the house on the Deed of Trust and Title, but included a building parcel I own free and clear, instead of the parcel with the other 1/2 of the house. I brought this to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX attention. XXXX XXXX XXXX agreed to modify and re-do the loan as a short sale for {$330000.00}. However, they never completed this process and sold the mortgage again without my consent or knowledge to GreenTree. GreenTree began foreclosure without correcting the Deed of Trust or Title. They simply ignored the problem and went to foreclose anyway on the wrong parcel and only half a house. I paid for and completed two loan modifications, first in XXXX and again in XXXX only to be ignored by GreenTree. Since then I have made payments to the chapter XXXX Trustees for several years with the assistance of my attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX . In XXXX , I had to file Chapter XXXX bankruptcy to stop the foreclosure process, ruining my credit and preventing me from doing business. Can you please help me? The fees and interest accumulated due to this dragging on for years is beyond the reasonable market value of the home. However, we are at a stalemate on who will address and correct the legal problems on the loan.

I am seeking to file a complaint and to hopefully get some sort of resolution to a problem that I have been dealing with for 7 seven ye ars. Back during the height of the financial crisis I ended up short selling my primary residence and XXXX investment properties. At that time the loan on my home was held by XXXX XXXX XXXX . When we closed, I was under the impression that the loan was to be cancelled since it was my primary residence, but this was not the case. Since that time, I had been making payments continually on this loan which was then transferred to Greentree Servicing w hich took over when XXXX went out of business. I continually requested some type of settlement with Greentree but the y were requesting a large amount of money to settle this debt that I did not have. Now Greentree has gone out of business and I am being garnished for the balance with 25 % of my paychec k ( {$1600.00} ) per month going towards the balance of loan for a home that I have not owned in 7 years. T his outstanding balance on this loan has also prevented me from purchasing another property. I am just looking to find some assistance so that I can begin to move forward as well as rebuild. Everyone understands the climate and the devastating effects that the financial crisis had on our economy and everyday individuals, and while many people have been able to move on. Yet, somehow I am still here dealing with the same issues and have found the lender to be very uncooperative in helping to find a resolution. I would try appreciate any assistance that you could provide in helping me to bring this issue to some sort of resolution.

I went To XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and injured my XXXX and could no longer work. Over the past years Ive made attempts at contacting the companies to try and resolve the debt but could never afford what they ask of me. Theyve always wanted hundreds and hundreds a month!!! I can not afford that! Recently I contacted the most recent company the XXXX XXXX XXXX company last year to try to make amends yet again and as I talked To them I told them that I didnt make enough money to make the payments they were requiring of me and I asked repeatedly for lower monthly payments and they refused and said it would affect my credit. I said I couldnt pay anything more and they said they couldnt take any less than all of it. I can not afford {$6100.00}! Its been 10 years! Its on my credit and has been affecting me!

How is it 2 companies can claim that I owe them for the same bill? And report it on my credit monthly as owing {$13000.00}!?? Please help!

XXXX kept trying to charge my card for a late payment. They tried the full amount several times then kept trying to charge different smaller amounts when the transaction was declined. This gave me numerous overdraft fees and put my bank account in the negative. My account was then given to Green Tree and Associates, a collection agency. I have tried numerous times to contact them to pay my debt but none of the phone numbers on their website are in service. I then tried to call XXXX XXXX and ask how to pay my debt and they gave me another phone number for the same debt collection agency. I called that number and it was not a working number either.so now I have a derogatory Mark and collection on my credit report and have no way to pay it off.

I have had the same mortgage company since i purchased my home in XX/XX/XXXX. The started off as XXXX XXXX then change to Green Tree and they are now XXXX. They overcharged me so many time as Green Tree and made my life miserable. I finally 2 years ago had to file bankruptcy just to keep my home. They were sued XXXX XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. I have yet to receive any information about money i am sure i am owed by them this lawsuit being they have XXXX my whole life up and would like to know what i have to do to get information to claim part of this lawsuit. I am a former Greentree customer. Everything they were fine for is valid. They would call me multiple times and were very rude. When I would call to speak to someone to report this behavior the same representative would answer the call. Not to mention at the time I was in chapter XXXX bankruptcy and was so stressed by the phone calls that would not stop after repeatedly asking for them to refrain from calling me. Needless to say I eventually did a chapter XXXX giving the mobile home back! This was a horrible time in my life. Awfully glad they were fined. I never thought I would be reading this today after so many years. XXXX is good!!!!

repeated letters to collect a debt that was written off by the company and no longer exists on my credit report. Debt is over 10 years old. Company keeps sending me info about their chapter XXXX problems. I have wrote to them XX/XX/2019 telling them to stop and they responded with a an auto reply that day saying they received it. Then one week later with an email saying they would be in touch with an answer. Then on XX/XX/2019 I got another letter about chapter XXXX. I don't see how that is of any interest to me. I don't need any further info or contact from this predatory lender.

Please help us! Since XX/XX/XXXX we had Green tree which switched to XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX!
Green tree would collect our temp mod payments and then decline us after two pays and tell us to reapply! We did this three times!
The first Time was with the HAMD modification and our mortgage was to be XXXX ( paying reg mort at XXXX ) we payed first two pays and then they pulled this out!
Told to red mod and it happened two more times!
They then switched to XXXX which accelerated our {$270000.00} loan to {$350000.00} for not paying the Green tree modifications help!

In XX/XX/2010 Greentree serviced my loan. Two years ago I discovered that there was a class action lawsuit against them. I sent emails to people claiming that they were representing victims but I never heard from them. I can share more details but I feel I was a victim of predatory lending practices.

Going threw a divorce. Contacted greentree to get some help with payment modifications because now down to 1 income. Was told they could not help me because I wasn't behind in payments. Told me to skip a payment. Then they tried to foreclose on me. And I believe I missed out on some settlement because I had declared bankruptcy.

We had a mortgage with greentree we went to court and the judge stated after the home sold that is all they were getting and they sold a bogus amount not owed to anyone to XXXX XXXX it 's now on my credit report as a tax right off need it taken off my credit report
