A cloud hangs over this Green road finance company and have heard nightmares about them Doing some research. I have been the victim of fraud specifically, identity theft and have been the past XXXX years until now, Ive taken action and also working with identity theft.gov in properly managing my credit. I diluted numerous times with green road finance and they even corrected the issue but not removing from credit report. They now seem to be retaliating because I havent contacted them since XXXX! I decided to again and it cost me another XXXX points in my credit drop. They updated my report for contacting them and that seemed to open it up for them to add late payments and re-open the close date so it remains another XXXX years when in reality in should have fallen off next year or so, thats just wrong and very dirty business practice. Whats fair is fair and this is not even the problem. The problem is that this was a car loan opened in my name. I had my wallet unfortunately stolen in XXXX with my license and social security etc. thats when my nightmares began. Somebody opened up a car loan with green road auto and I want aware of this until later. My credit had problems in past so therefore that credit score never allowed me to use it anyway. I have never lived in XXXX XXXX nor XXXX XXXX? This person also drive for XXXX in which I never drive for them either! They used my identity to buy a car and use my name etc for monetary gain. Im not sure whom they have over there doing their car deals but they should have really looked into it better. Apparently its under re-investigation and needs be. Ive filed a lawsuit against XXXX and may do the same with green road. I have frozen my credit report and doing all the necessary item checklists to prevent this from happening again. Im almost XXXX and have been working hard to rebuild my life and my credit. My credit report is now blank but has this green road finance completely ruining years of my life for a fraud car loan. I was tipped off by a mutually friend of someone they believe whom did all this. His name is XXXX XXXX. He is currently incarcerated for car theft, identity theft, pandemic insurance fraud etc. please make sure he is looked into. This is serious and it seems to be a game for green road finance. The audacity to then update my credit report when the score was fine and I ready to let it go until I was going to buy a car next week ( XXXX week ) so I saw it on my report and it was the principal so I disputed it again - that was the biggest mistake ever. It dropped my score close to XXXX points and now the real me cant get that car loan! It is so upsetting and really fires me up. I will not let this defeat me yet its so depressing that someones life can be played with like this and something need be done. Something isnt right with this loan either because I think they knew it was fraud because they got the car back after XXXX months? What happened? Did they fraudulently use my information? Do they have others that have complained about this? Ive done research into this company and they seem to have been doing shady business practice deals. They even received multiple XXXX Loans and apparently have XXXX in annual payroll for XXXX employees. Ive done the math etcI mean they may have fraudulently abused the system as well and that need be investigated too. Im not saying they did but Id highly look into it. I lived in XXXX for XXXX months when this happened and remember when my wallet was stolen it delayed my trip and had to get my ID etc. and noticed someone changed the address on it. It showed XXXX XXXX XXXX when I lived in the valley in XXXX XXXX and in Northern California. This is all so wrong and I bet most people let things go but as stressful as this is, I just can not let this go. They really need understand they have done a lot of weird things on this loan for apparently XXXX? It showed paid off on my credit report etc. now it shows past due with late payments and a negative remark. How after XXXX years they then do this because I contacted them again? This is illegal in itself and shows that they do not care so please please help me fix this. Someone there needs to truly not just look at documents or copy of an if that shows me etc. of course its all going to be accurate except that it was not me physically. So I dont know how they can oversee that but I did file a police report for my stolen identity and theft with the XXXX XXXX police department XXXX Not sure how to obtain that other than just give them my name please. Let me know, Ill do whatever it takes to abide and get this removed. Thanks so much and sorry for the crazy statement and know Im all over the place but Im so upset. Sorry

My car was originally leased to XXXX XXXX XXXX but was transferred to green Road Finance with no knowledge to me. Im XX/XX/2023 the repossessed my car out of a private underground parking structure this parking structure is permit only they never received permission from landlord or manager on site to enter the parking structure. When I went to pay to get my car back at XXXX XXXX XXXX they refused to give me a receipt and my birth certificate was missing out of the glove box.I called green Road Finance they refuse to recover a receipt for me

I paid off the principal balance of my car. I now owe some fees but they are still reporting late payments of fees only to the credit bureaus for fees only and refuse to negotiate so I can pay them off. In fact some of the fees are not fairly assessed.
