Back on XX/XX/XXXX I initially filed a claim against Greater Suburban Acceptance Corp with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau due to this company not responding back to me and reporting inaccurate information on my credit report. Greater Suburban Acceptance Responded back on XX/XX/XXXX stating that they needed more time to address my issues and concerns, however on XXXX/XXXX/XXXX the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau responds back by stating " the company never responded back so they 're going to post my complaint and look into further investigations made about this company ''. Well after reviewing the documents that Greater Suburban Acceptance Corp provided to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I noticed that I was n't ever presented with a 21-day redemption notice. In the state of Illinois you must provide a notice redemption notice. " No collateral - the lender may only repossess a car if it is listed as collateral for the loan. ... Insufficient notice of redemption - Car repossession laws in Illinois require your lender to provide you with a redemption notice within 21 days after your car is repossessed. '' Please find that this company has also listed this account as a bankruptcy account on XXXX and has listed the same item as being a closed bad debt of XXXX on XXXX. Acct number is XXXX also on XXXX it states that the account is open on XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX is stating that it was opened on XX/XX/XXXX also XXXX bureau is stating that it 's an auto loan but the other is stating an installment loan do n't know is that makes a difference or not. Just pointing out the inconsistency with this company. Please note that the last time you guys closed the case with this company because they failed to respond back to this government agency site, however they never seem to respond to you guys or myself but they make sure to respond to the credit bureaus all the time. Please find that I 've enclosed all information that validates my claim.

I was involved in an accident back in 2029 the car was considered totaled the company said it was considered a repossession and told me they fixed the car and said the price they sold it for covered the loan amount I still had. The account was paid in full as it showed even ok the report along with credit XXXX and XXXX. Every few months after that it gets added back to my account were my credit drops by XXXX points then I have to dispute it and it gets dropped. It happens every 6 months and Im getting tired of having to report it over and over and the company is no help saying theres no record of it at all in their system and they refuse to even put a manager on the phone and hang up when I try to contact them.

Greater Suburban Acceptance is reporting incorrect Information to all XXXX of my credit bureaus. I 'm requesting that they send me all documentation. The car was repossessed and sold.
1. I need the original documentation on the loan agreement 2.I need the information on the price the car was sold for 3. I need proof of the difference in balance that they 're saying I owe them 4. I need a direct person to talk to if I have future questions in regards to this loan
