on XX/XX/2019 i went to bought a used car from XXXX XXXX XXXX.
My loan agreement said due date on XX/XX/2019 and I was making a payment for XXXX month was pass and nothing and on XX/XX/2019 i made again ... nothing till XX/XX/2019 they told my the money was return. i gave them the reason because my phone lost on XX/XX/2019 and i was stop any payment that was pending on bank account and i don't have a phone after that on Saturday morning XX/XX/2019 the bank was sent repo company come to get my car the problem is .... i wasn't late but i have a problem with my phone somebody took it and what they gon na do with my phone who know i have to stopped right away ... and I have a police report to proof that too.
I try to ask what I'm gon na do they told me i pass 3months payment ... I'm feeling like what my 1st due date was on XX/XX/2019 and only 2month and 16days right and I still have time on the agreement said 3 month Calendar so they got me wrong since 1st due date and I was complaint last week and the answer u can see in the file. I agree to pay XXXX to get my account and car back and I need them to send me a detail what are myXXXX go for .... the detail but nothing back to me but keep asking me for the payment that I have to pay ... i understand i have to pay but where is the detail of XXXX that i paid for get the car back and I asking for change due date the answer is NO. What are my choice? and How they count the due date.
and now my car was repo 2nd time they said i was behind payment 37days but I'm not ... l asking for detail and please explain to them they got the wrong due date and wrong repo ... My property in the car when they repo at XXXX and I was sleeping..
I have to paid for get my stuff back but not all my stuff that i got back.
I called the bank asking for stuff that i didn't get. 1st call they told me if not all my stuff calling them back. 2nd i call to told them that i'm not get all my stuff .. they told me to called the repo company ask them ... This is what my experience with GRANDVIEW FINANCIAL SERVICES.

When I purchased the vehicle I was told and the paperwork I signed said the car was XXXX plus tax, I was going to be paying around XXXX in interest paying XXXX in total after interest and I was told also registration was taken care of I was supposed to get that in mail. I put XXXX down which should be paid to principal. Last time I talked to financing company they said loan was for XXXX together adter the XXXX down, which I would have never agreed to when buying if I was told that. So it's already XXXX my credit they can keep the car and my XXXX $ but this is very shady business practice at least I'm going to do is file a complaint against dealership and financing company. The financing company has been harassing my brother who has a new born baby in the house for weeks banging on his door, I don't even live in the same county as him but I was burglarized where I stay and needed some important mail to stay safe so I had it sent there my brother is XXXX and they still staking out his house like vulchars. Also if my loan was XXXX more after the XXXX down that puts it at a 50 % APR which is unrealistic and unheard of I would just simply not buy the car if these things were brought to my attention, the registration was never even paid either just a title transfer and I called in after a month ad mentioned my tags were bad and was told that they gave them to me which wasn't the case I now have tax Registration penalties I'm facing worth thousands

this company will call you multiple times a day weather your payment is late or not. If you try to explain your situation they disregard anything you have to say. They threaten they will lower my credit score and tell me to turn in my car and get something i can afford. all of my payments have been on time except this one time. they are very rude and if you ask to speak to a manager he is either on " vacation '' or " not in at the moment ''. they will give you various names of the supervisor as well. they call my family and tell them personal financial issues. i asked them to kindly not call me during my work hours but they continue to call 3 times a day until i answer. they also email me. i am extremely infuriated with this company. there have been instances where my monthly payment is more than what it should be and they can not give me a legitament reason on why they are charging me more. i believe this company is crooked and needs to seriously be looked at. i fear they will lower my credit score and repossess my car even though this is the only payment late due to an unexpected financial loss.

I was asking them to change the due date for me after 1st time repo my car and i was asking for the paper for detail that i was paying for get car out but no respond or info and keep asking for the payment for the car i just pay on XX/XX/XXXX and my due date is XXXX so i ask them to change my due date they said no. i didn't ask for low interest i ask for due date after repo my car. i was moving to my bro 's house.
1st time that i was late payment should be avoid repo because my phone lost and i protect by victim witness assistance.

I have never had and or signed a loan with either parties, i have never signed with my signature with this company of any loan and or any terms, the old ownership of the dealership no longer there to resolve issue, i am preparing a lawsuit for small claims court for violation of several fcra and fdcpa violations, i am giving company 30 days removal of item otherwise will proceed forward with lawsuit with damages caused to me.

I've recently checked my credit report from XXXX and XXXX and I was shocked to see a previously deleted fraudulent accounts were reinserted back to my credit file.
