I've been making monthly payments in the promise of student loan forgiveness and I was unaware that I was making payments to a 3rd party company. That company is Graduate Resource Network. They told me they were directly affiliated with the Department of Education, but after a conversation I just had with XXXX XXXX XXXX, I realized I've been paying Graduate Resource Network commission and not paying directly towards my student loan relief.
XXXX XXXX recommended I reach out to your office and see if there is anything I can do to get refunded and get on the appropriate track towards student loan forgiveness.
