I pay Mr XXXX to do a Chapter XXXX to save my house he file the forms but never kept up on bringing in documents which was require for to do so and on top of it all he never told me and didn't show up nor did he have someone to stand in and I loss my house. the last thing we talked about if I going to loss my house he said no, instead of him doing what he was payed for that was he show up or have someone to replace him. Now I loss my house I sleep in my car I eat whatever it's in the street. Please I need help I want him to pay me what my house was worth so I can get another one

Caller claimed to be with XXXX XXXX and I had to call another number to find out that Im supposed to have defaulted on credit with XXXX XXXX XXXX. Threatened me with court.
I have never even purchased anything from XXXX XXXX XXXX much less had credit with them. Call came from this number : XXXX which doesnt answer.
I check my credit report and theres never been anything to show up to do with XXXX XXXX XXXX.
