I had a loan at an XXXX XXXX XXXX store in XXXX, Wisconsin and then the store closed. They never notified me that the store closed. Then they took money out of my bank account also without any notice and they had never done that before. So I drove by and found out the store was closed. Then I received my contract back, paid in full XX/XX/XXXX. After that, another company ( Golden Green Services ) took money from my bank account. I disputed the debt and requested debt validation by certified mail within 30 days of discovery, which was accepted by Golden Green Services on XX/XX/XXXX. I also asked in the certified letter to only be contacted by mail. Since then I received an email from Golden Green Services with the XXXX XXXX XXXX contract with the Golden Green name superimposed on it. And now XXXX XXXX XXXX is calling me at home and at my work and they threaten to keep calling my work number. Both companies are claiming the same debt which is why I requested debt validation in the first place.

I have been repeatedly contacted both by text, phone, and now a postcard that clearly states I owe a past due account which violates the Fair Debt Collection law Section 808. I have also told them repeatedly that an attorney is representing me in chapter XXXX bankruptcy and gave them the contact information and they refuse to contact the attorney and sent me text message telling me they dont care if I have an attorney and wont contact him or stop contacting me. The FDCPA also clearly states this is a direct violation of the law.
