spoke with XXXX at GoldCar Lending on XX/XX/XXXX. Advised to them that this is a debt that is over 6 years old and that I have been disputing that the debt is not mine and I have not received anything validating this debt since it was placed on my credit. XXXX said that they can not give me any information on the account until the account has been paid off also said that it doesnt matter how old the debt is they are going to keep trying to collect on it but yet I have not heard from anyone and on my credit report it says the date of the last action was XX/XX/2016. I have the right to have my debt validated and for them to show proof that this is my debt.
