To Whom it May Concern : I paid XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX {$1100.00} on XX/XX/2014, for my XXXX XXXX account that was overdrawn. They used aggressive tactics, scared my family & I felt like I had no other choice but to take out a loan from my retirement & pay this company. After conducting research, I realized that this is a fraudulent company & they never even communicated to XXXX XXXX that my debt was paid. There email addresses are incorrect & there building address is not even real. I only owed XXXX XXXX about {$600.00} ( half were from overdraft fees ) & now about 10 years later I'm still getting phone calls from 3rd party debt collection agencies still asking me for money on this old bank account. I'm getting so tried of these phone calls & just want it to stop. I also have a release of liability document signed by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that I can sent to you. I sent this email below & it came back as an error. Now I'm out over {$1000.00} & I'm still being harassed, what do I do? I am filing a law suite against your company for deformation of information and malicious intent. I spoke with XXXX XXXX today and this is a federal offense. The money I gave to your company on XX/XX/2014, was not paid to XXXX XXXX and my debt was not released. I am represented by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, and will prosecute you for bank fraud. Per the attached document on XX/XX/XXXX, my debt was paid to XXXX XXXX by your company, and this is false information. I need the owner or supervisor to contact me immediately. - XXXX XXXX XXXX

Goldberg and Peretti have called my in laws multiple times this week stating that they were a law firm and that they were trying to contact me in regard to pending litigation they were about to file. After calling and requesting documentation of this alleged debt they refused to provide any documentation or any further information on the debt. They said they had attempted to serve me with a lawsuit but had been unsuccessful. Said they would have a supervisor call me back. I gave them my cell phone to call back and instructed them not to contact my inlaws further. They have called 6 times in 3 days to my in laws. Will not answer my calls and have not attempted to call me back directly. Threatening, misrepresenting themselves as a law firm, repeated calling and refusing to provide any documentation or information. these people are obviously agressively attempting to rip off a lot of people based on the all complaints I 've read so far. Please instruct them to cease and desist any and all further contact.
