X/XX/2017 Thursday @ XXXX, {$620.00}, the store manager XXXX from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Address : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX TX XXXX XXXX Ph : XXXX right off the bat during the welcoming into the office displayed by the Manager XXXX actions of hatred towards myself in front of my wife, all while she harassed me, with a hostile, tone by disrespecting my wife and I used all while using Abusive Misconduct Language being very rude, ill minded, demonstrating poor Unprofessional MisBehavior in public on office site grounds.
All in the event of my wife and I walking in to open a new loan under her name.
XXXX XXXX the Manager instantly verbally attacked me pushing for me to make a payment, when my loan account had been charged off. this so called manager did n't have the common courtesy and Respect, Integrity nor decency to apologize to my Wife and I for such ill display of misconduct with negative impulsive behavior and has made such a negative impact we the way there business practice are handed. my wife and i realized that XXXX XXXX the manager was actually threatening me in front of my wife in order to attempt to collect a charged off account debi.
XXXX XXXX stated while claiming that I owed her money that it was her money she lend me. I avoided engaging in any form of conversation due to XXXX XXXX the manager 's low childish standard display of unprofessional attitude and misbehavior that was being projected to deliberately pushing and provoking to instigate some type of argument. which she was using her authority position as manager in instill fear and create scare tactics in order for myself to pay her something. I told her, No that I was n't going to make no such payment especially displaying such hostile, insulting and offensive tone, attitude, and immature manner. After her outburst of Rage, I remain clam and kept my composure only for the reason that My wife and I needed to take out the loan due to a emergency of personal private matters. I inform the Manager that I will be coming back to discuss filing a Complaint and she laugh.

I am writing a complaint against Gold Star Finance in XXXX XXXX, TX. I recently sent them a certified Cease and Desist letter with the help of my financial counselor after a hardship I am experiencing that has caused me to default on a loan. I can no longer pay them as I only have {$800.00} a month in Social Security to live off of. This morning I was harassed over the phone from Gold Star Finance & gt ; They stated they were sending someone over to my house. Also when my home health provider tried talking to them over the phone to let them know it was not necessary they threaten to call XXXX on her because they claim I am being abused by her. I am afraid for my safety. My Financial counselor and I made a police report over the phone and this evening an officer will be coming by my home to take the rest of my report against Gold Star. I know I owe them the money however I can not afford to pay them. I was paying them up until last month however because I paid them I fell behind my utilities and had to get assistance through community resources to keep my electricity from being cut off.

On XX/XX/XXXX, around XXXX XXXX central time, a creditor called a coworker at work to ask her if she wanted to renew an installment loan. She said no and then the creditor asked her if I worked there. By coincidence, this coworker and I both have accounts with this creditor. This coworker does not know me well and didnt not remember my full name and she said that the creditor asked if she can really a message to me. My coworker said no and regardless, the creditor told her to tell me to call them as soon as possible to make payment on a past due account. Coworker told me later on what happened on the call. I was disturbed that they are revealing my debt info to coworkers and supervisors. Its so stressing and theyre making me look bad in front of my coworkers and supervisors. I really hope the CFPB could look into this and these abusive debt collection practices these personal loan and payday loan companies do and the criminal interest rates they charge. I lose sleep at night due to these companies and their predatory lending.

I currently am trying to find a new job after losing my first one. Since then I have not been able to pay my loan and I have explained this. I am being harassed constantly by gold star finance. XXXX XXXX comes to my house embarrassing me in front of my family and friends telling me I need to come in and see her. I also have been receiving several phone calls and left several voicemails everyday from gold star. I'm just sick of it. They threatened to come take my belongings as collateral and damage my property to do so. It's very depressing. When I get the cash I can come pay them. Other than that I really wish they would stop harassing me. It makes me want to just end it. I can barely pay my Car note. This Is a small town with XXXX employers and they won't hire me anywhere. Ive been trying to move so I can pay my bills but I have no gas money to keep driving. The XXXX all starts with losing my job then being harassed by loan companies. I hate my life because of this.

An employee with Gold Star Finance by the name of XXXX XXXX has repeatedly came to my home. When I am not home she has gone to my neighbors home and asked them what time I am home and what time I usually leave. She calls me constantly and leaves messages saying my account will be having further action taken on it if I do not contact her. I work very odd hours and sometimes I am home when she has come but asleep. When I am awake the office is closed so I am unable to contact them.
