As of XX/XX/XXXX, I had a XXXX credit score of XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, my credit score dropped to XXXX, due to XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX fraudulently reporting an open collection account dated XX/XX/XXXX, with XXXX XXXX. I filed a Chap. XXXX bankruptcy which was discharged XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX, XXXX ( XXXX XXXX ) was part of the bankruptcy. I contacted XXXX and XXXX, XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX. and telephonically disputed this erroneous account. I then mailed them a copy of my discharged bankruptcy documents showing that XXXX XXXX was a part of my bankruptcy. Between XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX removed the disputed collection account from my credit report, but they did not restore the full 97 points that they took away from me as a result of XXXX reporting this fraudulent open collection information to XXXX.
