I've put a report out on this last year, but the calls are staring up again, so I am reporting again. I receive multiple calls a day from Global Trust Management. They are trying to reach a man by the name of XXXX XXXX and are leaving his personal information, as well as informing me that they are a debt collector and trying to get in contact with him. Few issues with that, XXXX. My number has never been associated or displays as owned by an XXXX XXXX, which supports the claims others make of their harassing methods to get in contact with their target. XXXX. They claim that the ACA or Affordable Care Act is what they go by to set parameters for their calls and information they can leave on a voice mail, stating " As far as a voice message what you may have heard was what is called a foti messages which does not disclosure who we are attempting to reach therefore is found to be a approved voicemail by the ACA. '' Well that has clearly been violated as I know exactly who they are trying to reach. XXXX. In this case they are contacting people who are in no way related to their target, yet last year when I called back to ask them to stop calling me they requested my date of birth and social security number just to put in a request for them to stop contacting me. In what world is it okay to ask that kind of personal information to simply request not to be called? I absolutely did not give it to them, but others may not be inclined to withhold that information.XXXX. They call multiple times and often in quick succession. I have been in meetings where I get up to XXXX calls in a row and it is just embarrassing to have to say, " excuse me I have to silence my otherwise normally dead quiet phone because I get harassed by a debt collection company that is trying to reach some guy I have never met. '' Aside from my personal experience it seems most who have had run in 's with this company are continuously harassed, subjected to fear tactics to immediately pay money or be served papers, the company has slandered people or ruined their image to their employers, family, and friends ( again violating the ACA act they claim is their guidelines for calling ) by telling them they are trying to get in contact with their employee or family member or will be calling the police to arrest said person, which I'm sure they don't have the authority to do none the less say they are trying to contact someone and if they can't they will then send the police. And to address information found in the companies XXXX XXXX Replies : They need to be disclosing what type of company they are prior to requesting a date of birth or social security number. They claim per a XXXX XXXX " Thank you for your inquiry. According to federal law we are not allowed to disclose that we are a debt collector until we verify that we are talking to the correct party. So proper protocol is to ask for the customer and verify either DOB, SSN or customer address. If you wish to find out exactly why we are calling you are more than welcome to contact our site director at XXXX. Or tell free at XXXX ext XXXX. '' However, per ConsumerFinance.Gov the FDCPA states the following : It is always your choice whether to provide any information to a debt collector, even a legitimate one, including whether to verify your identity. There is information you can request to help you confirm that they are a legitimate debt collector and protect yourself from a debt collection or identity theft scam : Their name Company name Address Call-back phone number Website URL State license number, if available as not all states license collectors Again, if they are calling themselves a debt collection agency, they need to be painfully aware of the laws and legislation they need to be following and adhere to it. You are dealing with peoples livelihood 's here, you can't be operating a business on vague knowledge of any of the policy that applies to you.

Email sent to Global Trust Management LLC : I received a call yesterday ( XX/XX/XXXX ) from someone ( female ) indicating they are a subcontractor of your agency ( Global Trust Management LLC ) regarding a debt from XXXX XXXX XXXX // XXXX XXXX I explained to your representative that I do not ever recall having any activities or taking a loan out with XXXX XXXX XXXX Your representative refused to listen to me stating that if I did not pay a debt which was around {$900.00} today that I would be sued and an additional {$2500.00} would be added to the debt. As I explained to your representative I need to verify this debt as this is the first time I am hearing about it and I am not just going to pay your agency money on the spot as this is straight up extortion for money, as I do not recall ever having this loan/debt which according to your representative was from XXXX. She provided me with a telephone number for XXXX XXXX XXXX who I called and the person stated the debt was only {$580.00} ( {$500.00} original loan and {$85.00} late fee ). The XXXX XXXX XXXX representative also said that if someone was asking for more than the original debt it may be a scam and not to pay it and that they do not have anything to do with XXXX. I called your representative back and explained this to them, they got extremely nasty with me stating they would have law enforcement serve me paperwork and she would have me taken to court. I told her I wanted more information to determine if this debt was mine and she again got nasty saying " that is fine, we will move forward with suing me and putting a lien on my social security number. '' As I explained to your representative, if this debt is mine I would be happy to pay the {$580.00} that XXXX XXXX XXXX alleges is my debt, however, I want information to prove this is my debt. As I explained to both XXXX XXXX XXXX and your representative, I have been the victim of identity fraud in the past by someone who lives in XXXX, FL who uses my social security number, and have had my information stolen several times from various data breaches such as the U.S. Govt Office of Personnel Management, etc. so I am not sure this is a valid debt on my part. With that being said, I want your agency to stop attempting to extort money from me via harassing threats and I want your agency to provide me via mail that this is in fact my debt. If this information is provided to me verifying this is my debt, I will agree to pay the {$580.00} in a lump sum payment. Additionally, I want your agency to stop calling relatives of mine and my working location in which your agency is providing them information about me to include that I have a debt ( which is unverified ), and that legal action is pending against me, which is a violation of FDCPA. I received an email from XXXX stating my account had been sold off to Global Trust Management. They are located in XXXX, FL. They called me in XX/XX/XXXX at my work location. I did not record the date as I didn't realize they were going to call me back. They left a voice mail on my phone and another employees phone stating they were " XXXX XXXX and they have something for me and to call them at XXXX ''. The number they called from was XXXX. I didn't return the phone call. The next day XXXX XXXX called again and I answered and advised I could NOT receive personal phone calls at work! I hung up. XX/XX/XXXX bw XXXX-XXXX - received yet another phone call from them at work. Advised I have already told someone I can't receive personal phone calls at work. and disconnected the call XX/XX/XXXX - XXXX. Received a call that went to VM. The vm was from a " XXXX XXXX '' looking for my location and left the return number of XXXX. The number on the caller id was XXXX. They are obviously spoofing local XXXX numbers to call me from and leaving a call back number to the XXXX. XX/XX/XXXX - around XXXX Received a call from " XXXX '' from same location looking for me. Advised this person I cant take personal calls at work and I have advised them of this repeatedly. She stated she would code my account correctly and harassed me for a phone number. I told her I didn't have one as I can't afford it right now. I told her to mail me something if they need to contact me. She stated they mailed a letter in XX/XX/XXXX, which I did NOT receive. I have yet to receive any mail from this company. She confirmed she does have my correct address. She stated that legal action is about to happen and they can save me money and hung up.

There is no problem with XXXX XXXX itself. My installment loan was paid off back in XXXX of this year. I pulled up my account on their website, I called and spoke with them, and I did a chat with XXXX of the reps just to make sure. The XXXX XXXX XXXX, confirmed that that loan was already paid off and that the account is now inactive. I am getting repeated phone calls from Global Trust Management. Ive already spoken with one of the reps about a month ago and she said that I would have to contact XXXX XXXX to get it worked out because theyre still trying to collect his debt for them. At this point they are calling me regularly and theyre calling my husbands phone. The strange thing is that when theyre calling my phone shows global trust management but once they hang up, theres no number/no record of them calling on my call registry. The rep who called today actually spoke with me. I was able to answer the phone on time and I explained to her that this was a loan that was already paid off months ago and she claimed that it is still open and that XXXX XXXX sent it over sent it to them to collect ( XXXX XXXX still denies that. ). The Global Trust Management rep said that she could give me until tomorrow. At this point, I know that debt is not valid and I just want this company to stop contacting me and my family. I am a schoolteacher out for the summer, but we return in a few weeks, and I dont want this company to start calling my school and cause problems for me!

On XX/XX/23 at XXXX I received a phone call from someone named " XXXX XXXX who did not disclose his name. I called back and was told that was his name. The number that called me was XXXX. When I called back, I was told it was an answering service. This person stated that he represented " Global Trust Management '' and was asking me to identify personal information. I informed this person that I am at work and would need to discuss this afterwards. I also asked the person to identify themselves, that I am a victim of identity theft and that my information was on the dark web and therefore, I can not confirm or deny any personal information at this time, until I could verify them. He then said, I'm going to advise my client to move forward. He threatened action because I did not verify with him and he did not verify with me. He kept speaking over me, did not give me any verifying information of the company. He threatened me twice with " I'm going to tell them to move forward. '' I don't know what that means. I don't know if this is a scam. I have not received any written notification of any debt. I would like to file a complaint in regards to the language of the caller and the manner that the call was being conducted as well as the threat to tell someone to move forward. Move forward with what? That's very disturbing.

XX/XX/2020 Received a phone message from " Mr. XXXX '' - asking for my location information. Using telephone number : XXXX he asked me to call him back at XXXX I called back a few minutes after his call. I asked for the name of the company. He refused to provide it if I did not provide my name. I asked again. He provided GTM after being very aggressive. I asked him to tell me the full name of the company - Hung up on me when I asked him to tell me what GTM stands form. I called back, frustrated, because there was no reason for him to disconnecte the call. Got him back on the phone - requested a supervisor - he refused to transfer me to a supervisor. He disconnected the call again. I googled to locate the company information Located : Global Trust Management Mailing Address : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, FL XXXX Toll-Free : XXXX or XXXX I spoke to XXXX XXXX who also refused to assist with his abusive employee, but was able to verify that I had called the correct location. He indicated he knew I had spoken to someone prior to the person who transferred me to him, but refused to discuss the situation if I would not verify my social security number. I declined to do so, advised I would be contacting the CFPB and ended our conversation politely.

XX/XX/2022- XXXX XXXX contacted my stepfather, XXXX XXXX and my ex-wife XXXX XXXX about my debt and relayed personal information concerning the debt. XX/XX/XXXX XXXX XXXX contacted my stepfather, and my ex-wife about my debt and relayed personal information concerning the debt. Also asked for a payment from my ex-wife, whom has no connection to this debt. XX/XX/2022 I contacted the Floor Manager XXXX XXXX and requested the harassing phone calls to XXXX parties stop and that only I be contacted. I requested that proof of the original debt be provided to me. Only balances and name of original creditor were provided, not the proof of original debt as required by law and the phone calls to XXXX parties have continued. XX/XX/2022 XXXX XXXX contacted my ex-wife, and discussed my debt with her again. The contacting of XXXX parties has caused considerable problems for me both personally and professionally as my stepfather is also a sometimes employer of mine and it is imperative that I maintain his confidence and my ex-wife feels that I am causing her to be harassed. I have been making steady payments in good faith to pay this debt and the harassment is completely unnecessary.

I have received numerous phone calls from Global Trust Management. Previously when they called and I would answer, the call would be disconnected before speaking with someone. On XX/XX/21, at XXXX EST, I received a call from them again. I spoke with a woman who requested I verify information with her. I refused to self-identify until I was given more information about who was calling. I also stated numerous times that I do not wish to receive calls from them anymore at this phone number and requested a cease and desist. The woman refused to accept my request saying she could not do so without verifying my information. The woman calling then provided a deceitful statement that the call was NOT associated with debt collection or a debt collector. When I then self identified, I was notified that the call was indeed an attempt by a debt collector to collect a debt. I again requested a cease and desist of phone communications to my number which she again refused and was extremely rude saying so youre just not going to pay back this moneyokay and things of that nature. I confirmed that the phone call was on a recorded line, requested a cease and desist, and ended the call.

XX/XX/2017 Dear XXXX XXXX XXXX, It has come to my attention that payday lenders must be licensed by the state of Michigan to offer loans to it residents and your interest rate should be capped. Since your company has no license in my state, and you have illegally charged me with a high interest rate, the loan contract I have with you is believed to be not valid. Although I was not legally required to do so, I have repaid the principal balance of the loan. I received a deposit of {$600.00} on XX/XX/2017 and have had 5 bi-weekly withdrawals of {$120.00} debited from my account. This results in payments totaling {$630.00}, therefore I will be making no further payments. I am also revoking authorization for any wage assignment I may have signed. On XXXX XXXX a little after XXXX est calling my employer and asking for my personal information from my manager. My manager has talk to me and said XXXX this has to stop and its not tolerated. My manager stood next to me as I talk to whoever is constantly calling and harassing me and my manager. As this person trying to say my name and social security number I said stop right there you need to stop calling me here at my job and I can lose my job because whoever you was told several months ago and was told to your supervisor that to please stop calling me at my job. When they called me before several months ago and my boss told me who are those people I told my boss that I dont know plus he talked with rude language and told me that you dont have and cant do any f : :king to me and hung up on me. My boss was there and is my witness to this call few months earlier. I am afraid to lose my job because of the harassment calls. In XXXX, I have obtained a installment loan from XXXX for {$1000.00} after an outstanding interest rate on the account I have not made any payment to the company because I did not agree with the unaffordable interest accrued on the account. On XX/XX/XXXX I have received a call from Global Trust Management about my account with cashnetusa in regards to making payment arrangements. I have never done business with this company whom have obtained my personal non public information 15 USC 6802 directly violating my rights to privacy, 15 USC 1692f 1 ) The collection of any amount ( including any interest, fee, charge, or expense incidental to the principal obligation ) unless such amount is expressly authorized by the agreement creating the debt or permitted by law. I have never signed an agreement with this company and have never once recieved in writing any disclosures on how my private information is being used. This company has violated the Gramm-Leach Bliley Act of 1999, Fair Debt Collection Practice Act, Code of Federal Regulations, and the consumers right to privacy.

XXXX Phone call. I stated that I needed documentation/verification of debt sent to me. I stated that I would not provide personnel information over the phone regarding debt or payment. They stated they were working on behalf of XXXX XXXX which I did not recognize and stated so. XXXX Phone call. Aggressive, attempted to intimidate me and kept cutting me off. Would not let me finish sentences and was threatening tone when I apparently used the wrong word for the item I had requested. Wanted me to confirm banking and payment over the phone. I stated that I still have not received the requested documentation/verification. I also stated that I would not pay blindly without the documentation/verification I have requested to safeguard that they were handling the debt. He continued to talk over me in the same aggressive manner and then hung up while I was speaking. I feel that this was improper conduct, aggressive tactics and and they were threatening to take actions.

The first contact I had with this company they called me at my place of employment and stated that if since i was not going to validate my personal information to forwarded them to my HR for wage garnishment.I asked them not to call me at my place of work. They have called again and said told coworkers that there is a case filed against me, they call call from different number but leave the same callback number to call. They have called me from a XXXX XXXX number and a XXXX number and the company is based in XXXX. Global Trust Management also goes by XXXX XXXX and I have tried to explain to them that the online loan that they are trying to collect on from XXXX XXXX XXXX which is unlicensed in the state of Florida and I have a letter from the Division of Consumer Finance in XXXX that confirms that they are unlicensed and that makes XXXX XXXX XXXX uncollectable and unenforceable in the state of Florida. I have paid more than the principle amount on this loan.

I received a call from XXXX XXXX of Global Trust Management today stating he previously left a mesage with XXXX XXXX in regards to the debt. I explained that I had not receieved any message. He then wanted me to provide my date of birth, I told him due to the amount of identity fraud I refuse to identify any information and all communication should be through the mail. He stated he needed to verify my identity before discussing the debt. I again refused and asked him to send all correspondence through the mail. He stated the address and I said yes send all replies via mail. He then proceeded to discuss a debt stating I do n't have a paid in full letter and he is reaching out one last time before he decides what to do with it. I have heard nothing from this company or gentleman nor have I received correspondence un the mail in order to dispute. He then became belligerent at which time I disconnected the call.

Calls me daily. Someone named : " XXXX XXXX '' also contacted my employer, ALSO is stating she is calling back about an application I submitted. I HAVE NO IDEA what application they are talking about and they possibly put my JOB in jeopardy having them thinking it was a reference check for another job. I have NEVER heard of this company, the phone number does not offer the name of the business when you call it, I had to ask several times to get the name of this business and name of the representative that answered the phone after googling and reverse searching the number, they would not give me an answer when I asked if they were a bill collector " i can not respond to that question until I know who I am speaking to '' I asked to speak to a supervisor and overheard her mumbling to another voice before telling me that he was not available.

She just gave me here name that she had paper work for me to sign and she would come to my home for my signatjres. Let the same voicemail to my spouses phone about this. The end of the voicemail she gave me a XXXX area code saying to reach the booking party personally for more unforamtion on the legal actions being made. I called back twice before XXXX and lady answered ask my purpose told lady i was told to call for mor info. She asked my name then to verify my D.O.B. From there said the loan company name is pressing a summons for what i owed. After she said i can either make some payment o r proceed to that action. After i told her i wan na speak with my lawyer for how her approach was made

Global Trust Management is calling me repeatedly to collect a debt I do not owe. They will not tell me who the debt is from or how much it is. They are asking for personal information ( if I am s senior citizen etc. ) I have told them to stop calling me and that I do not acknowledge any debt they me be calling about. They continue to call using the same tactics, asking for personal information and refusing to answer questions about the debt they are trying to collect. The call always ends the same way. They say that because I am refusing to cooperate they are terminating the call. I check my credit reports regularly and I am not behind on any debt that I have. And do I have any outstanding judgments against me. All of my credit accounts are paid current and I have a higher than average credit score.

I received a call from an XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/22, who said she was from Global Trust Management & that she needed to talk to me before she signed off on my paperwork. I have never spoken to them before regarding this loan. I tried to advise her that I did not want her contacting me directly regarding this issue and did not wish to discuss it with her and to call my Attorney, but she would not take the information and kept trying to argue with me. I also told her I was currently under XXXX XXXX ( I will be glad to provide verification of current medical appointments ) & she was upsetting me by not simply taking the information per the Fair Debt Collections practices and call my attorney instead. I also had XXXX in prior months. I am over the age of XXXX and need to focus on my health issues.

XX/XX/2020 at XXXX XXXX ( EDT ) Global Trust Management LLC called my cell phone from a number with the same neighborhood/area code as me. This company is based out of XXXX Florida. The number that called me was XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, which uses a XXXX, TN area code. When I called the number back, the person told me they were in Florida. This action is consider fraudulent as they misrepresent where they are calling from in an attempt to trick people into accepting a call they otherwise would not want to accept. I have asked their manager to make sure I am never contacted again, but I felt it was important to report illegal activities that could be occurring on a massive scale. Committing fraud in order to collect a debt is illegal.

I have asked repeatedly for Global Trust Management to stop calling my place of employment. Not only am I not allowed to take personal calls but this is putting my job in jeopardy. If I have no job they have no way of me repaying them. They also continue to repeatedly call my cell phone multiple times a day. I have already given them a date when I would be able to start paying them, but they consistently keep calling both personal and work phones. I understand I need to pay back and I will but they are invading my rights and not taking into consideration their actions or my situation. I receive over 15 calls a day from them always from different phone numbers. It is getting worse each day.

The debt collector does not identify himself as a licensed or authorized debt collector. He identify himself as XXXX and the company who is working for, is ; XXXX, XXXX with address at : XXXX, XXXX, Florida XXXX with phone number : XXXX. This company acquired my debt of {$500.00} from XXXX. Because I did n't reach a payment agreement with XXXX XXXX he breached my online privacy and took personal information from my system ( names and phone numbers of friends, relatives and clients ) and he is calling every one of them to talk about my debt and leaving me message with them and recommended everybody to call me and talk to me about my debt obligation.

They have been calling daily. They dont identify themselves. They ask me to verify my information and when I refuse because I dont even know whos calling the proceed to tell me they already have my information and then they tell me my address, date of birth and social security number and keep asking me to verify. I had a call from XXXX, from global trust management. From the start of the call she threatened me and told me that I was intentionally committing fraud and I was purposely not paying. On XXXX XXXX I received a phone call from Global trust management who stated they were collecting for XXXX. I have never had an account with XXXX however they knew all of my personal information. Company by the name of Global Trust Management is using deceptive tactics to contact people. They are using false telephone numbers that say something different than who they are.
