This lender caused me to lose {$7500.00} on a deal due to the fact that he qualified me for a loan that was never qualified for. He asked me to provide income for an income that did not exist and he carried the process out for 3 months only to end up with a denial. The seller filed a claim on the escrow funds and now I am without the house as well as the funds lost. His communication was terrible, and he showed no concern or empathy for the trouble that he caused.
