My family members and myself received threatening calls and voicemails saying they were taking me to court in XXXX XXXX ( which is in Arizona and they called from an Ohio number ) and filed an order for location. They gave me a fake case number which didnt pull up anything with the county public records. I called the number they left and they didnt offer any disclaimer or gave me my rights. They just said legal when they answered the phone. I asked if this was a debt collection agency and they said no so then I asked the attorney they work for and the lady started to talk about personal information without verifying who I was. They werent telling me who they were. I told her I wasnt going to discuss personal information nor would I verify my personal information if I didnt have all the company information because i felt like this was a scam. I asked her to not contact me or my family members again and she said see you in court, XXXX.

This " company '' has now called my co-worker 's number 5 times in a row, within 2 minutes, and have left messages sharing information such as " they have a complaint against me '' on a voicemail that is not mine. This is AFTER they were already told to stop contacting me or my place of business, and to send written verification of a valid claim/debt against me. This has now become harassment. I searched and it appears it may be Global Recovery Systems? They also use a fake number with my area code to try to trick me into answering.

XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX continue to call my cell phone while I was at work. I answer the phone and ask for them to not call during my work hours. The agent rudely stated she will call as many times as she likes, I hung up the phone because I was at work and she called back 7 more times repeatly. That was very stressful because I had to turn off my phone so she would stop calling.

This is from a payday loan from a few years ago that I have not paid. I have been tourchered by them for over a year with threatening emails, telephone calls at work and to XXXX. party individuals that are not even associated with me. I have told them via email and via phone to quit calling me. An example, I have received XXXX phone calls between XXXX and XXXX from them.
