My husband began receiving back to back calls from Global Credit Solutions in XXXX of 2019. When finally answering I was told I owed XXXX I immediately told the gentleman I would not pay because I have been scammed and that I wanted it in writing. He very disrespectfully replied I should pay my bills, and he used a lot of profanity. They began aggressively calling back to back. On XX/XX/2019 they called back to back a few times and after finally answering I told them not to call anymore. They replied that They was going to call until I paid. I attempted to resolve the debt and offered to send a check in two weeks when I get paid, but they wouldnt give me the address. I called back and the recorders woman on the phone said the company was called XXXX XXXX XXXX and In every conversation I had with someone they was rude, disrespectful, wouldnt let me speak. My husband was called names, we was threatened to be sued, they stated they would send someone to our house, they stated they would call the police, I was told to pay my bills, and my husband was even called a XXXX XXXX. My mother was headed home and was stopped by our neighbors who said they called them and gave them all my information about the debt and more. They know how much and who I owe. Which is completely illegal. I spoke with XXXX, XXXX, who told me to continue to suffer from them calling everyone, a XXXX who said he would continue to call even after I asked for them not to and asked for the email to send them my written request to not call, and a XXXX XXXX XXXX ID she said was # XXXX, who started yelling at me randomly. These are the names that have been giving to me although I do believe they are not their real names.

I have a collection on my report and I have taken the correct measures to dispute the item but it still remains on my report. I initially disputed a debt with GCS ( Global Credit Solutions ) back in XXXX and have proof they received my letter on XX/XX/2020. I waited 60 days before sending a follow up letter on XX/XX/2020. The address provided by the debt collector on my credit report however is incorrect. The letter was forwarded to the correct address. This inaccurate information has really hindered my ability to dispute this item. Also the balance and status is incorrect. The original debt was only {$360.00} not {$3600.00} and has since been paid to the original creditor. I am asking that this incorrect information please be removed from my report.

This company has called me repeatedly, as much as 20 times per hour. Ive asked multiple representatives for more information about the debt, in writing to the address I have on file to better understanding they debt they are attempting to collect is in fact accurate. Specially I have asked repeatedly for information about the provider information, date services are rendered etc. but had been told repeatedly that it is not possible to receive more information about the debt owed. During the phone calls this companys representatives are aggressive and still continue to call after being asked not to contact me further.

Have getting calls for several years from debt collectors looking for someone with my same name. I have repeatedly told them I am a non debtor and I am not the person they are looking for. After one collection agency quits calling in a short time a different one starts. The latest company to start calling is GCS ( Global Credit Solutions ) and the calls come from various numbers. I sent message on their web site giving my phone number and informed them I am a non-debtor and have never had any past due debt. I also have message on my phone that says I am a non-debtor.

sent a certified letter for a request for validation. Gave the company 30 days from the date they received the letter. They failed to validate a debt at my request, which is a FDCPA violation. They ignored my prior request for validation. " Estoppel by Silence '' legally means that they had a duty to speak but failed to do so. I will use the Estoppel in my defense. They ignored my request for validation of debt.
