I RECEIVED MAIL FROM GLENN ASSOCIATES MID-ATLANTIC IN XXXX, MD. WHEN THE REP INFOMRED ME I WOULD BE RECORDED I AGREED. HE/SHE ( NEVER IDENTIFED THEMSELVES ) ASKED FOR MY SOCIAL. I REFUSED BECAUSE I NEVER GAVE MY SOCIAL TO THE STORAGE COMPANY. THEY ASKED FOR MY NAME AND ADDRESS. UPON PROVIDING THAT THEY TOLD ME WHAT THE DEPT WAS FOR AND ASKED HOW I WANTED TO RESOLVE. I STATED I DISPUTED THE DEBT AND DIDN'T OWE THE DEBT. THEY ASKED IF I PERSONALLY DID A WALK THRU WHEN VACATING AND SIGN A RELEASE. WHEN I ATTEMPTED TO LET THEM KNOW I HAD 2 OTHER STORAGE UNITS THAT I HAD VACATED AND PAID IN FULL AND I WAS FINE. THE REP BECAME VERY IRATE AND SAID " WELL THIS IS THEIR POLICY NOW AND YOU OWE THIS DEBT AND YOU CAN'T DISPUTE THE DEBT, THEN BEGAN TO YELL AT ME AS I WAS TRYING TO EXPLAIN THAT I STILL HAVE A CURRENT UNIT WITH THEM NOW AND I WOULD GET THEM TO RESOLVE THIS.THE REP YELLED AT ME AND SAID TOO BAD THIS WOULD BE ON MY CREDIT FOR 7 YEARS AND HUNG UP. I CALLED BACK TWICE AND THEY HUNG UP ON ME EACH TIME. I HAVE A RECORD OF THE CALLS AND THEY SATATED THEY WERE RECORDING ME. NOT THAT I COULD BE RECORDED, THEY STATED THAT I WAS BEING RECORDED. IT IS MY RIGHT TO DISPUTE A DEBT IF THEY WANT IT RESOLVED, THEN THEY SHOULD HAVE LISTENED TO ME. I AM VERY EMOTIONAL FROM THIS CALL. I FEEL DAMAGED. I AM NOT A CHILD AND DO NOT EXPECT TO BE SPOKEN TO AS SUCH WHEN I AM CONDUCTING BUSINESS CALLS. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE TO THESE CREDITORS.

I contacted this company previously in regards to an account they furnish on my credit file. I requested that the company provide me with a contract or documentation bearing my signature and they have done so however, their is no record of billing. The balance owed is just on an alleged move out statement. To the best of knowledge this unit was sold and the contents contained in it was more than this balance because this balance being reflected is not correct. I asked for a complete billing record and was not provided. I also requested documentation from the sale of the unit.

In 2015, I noticed a collection on my credit report from Glenn Associates Mid Atlantic for XXXX XXXX. I, immediately contact Glenn Associates via email regarding the debt, whereby it does n't belong to me. During, this time, I asked Glenn Assoc. to contact the CRA 's and inform them that the debt is disputed, and ask them to delete it from my credit report, but fail to do so. It has been two years and counting since my initial communication with Glenn Associates, and they have fail to comply.

Glenn Associates representative contacted me and asked if i was aware that XXXX XXXX had entered a judgement against me i said no and that it was impossible because it was an old debt, she continued on to tell me that they have twenty years to do so. She stated that i should look on public records with the account numbers. I have not been served with any papers and their tactics are bogus.

We moved from XXXX to XXXX, and before moving, we went to XXXX and closed our account. Two years later, we have received a notice that we owe {$210.00} in account inactivity fees. We called XXXX and informed them we had closed the account two years ago. They say they have no record of that. Now we are receiving collection notices from Glenn Associates Mid-Atlantic, Inc.

This account as a result of identity theft. I have trying to speak to these people and they are insistent that I give them money but I do not know them and I have tried to tell them multiple times at this is not my account they have called me repeatedly they have damaged my credit and I need this fixed immediately

I have an acct with you that was from identity theft and is fraudulent that i have not opened or opened any associated account i have filed a police report regarding this issue of the acct being opened fraudulently and have a notarized identity theft affidavit and it has yet to be removed or collection closed
