My checking account with XXXX XXXX XXXX ( now XXXX XXXX was hacked on XX/XX/XXXX & XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, we went to our branch and closed all old accounts ( checking, savings, XXXX, lines of credit and debit cards ) and RE-OPENED ALL NEW ACCOUNTS. As I do with all my credit cards, ( XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, etc ) I entered the new checking account information online so I could pay my bills including XXXX. I pay all my bills online. On XX/XX/XXXX I made a payment online to XXXX in the amount of {$85.00} and did the same again on XX/XX/XXXX for {$85.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX, I made another payment to XXXX for {$85.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX when I noticed none of these payments cleared my checking account, I wrote an email to XXXX Bank inquiring if there was a problem. XXXX/XXXX is the only account I am having problems with. All my other payments to my bills have gone through without any issues. XXXX Bank answered me via email on XX/XX/XXXX telling me MY ACCOUNT WAS INVALIID due to INFORMATION they RECEIVED FROM GiACT SYSTEMS. This information is totally false and I definitely must dispute this. This has caused me more grief than the initial hacking into my former checking account did. I have an excellent credit rating. I'm honestly attempting to pay my bills and now I have to do it via telephone, which is going to accrue needless charges. I need this information rectified so I can re-enter my checking account number onto the XXXX XXXX website. I want GiACT Systems to rectify my information since my NEW CHECKING ACCOUNT IS VALID, as is all my new accounts. Please inform XXXX XXXX that this is a proper, working checking account number. I have more than one credit card with XXXX XXXX. Therefore, this is truly a mess. Thank you, MsXXXX XXXX XXXX

On XXXX my sister cashed a federal irs check for {$1200.00} at the XXXX store # XXXX. XXXX, Florida location. She not only falsified and filed my federal income tax return but cashed the check using a service called GI Act. I learned this from XXXX XXXX XXXX. Ive never heard of GI Act, and plan to complete their complaint form as to how they claim to be experts at detecting fraud but allowed my sister, XXXX XXXX XXXX DOB XXXX, to commit federal crimes against me and against the federal government. I worked at a bank for 9 years and know the criteria for cashing checks and I also worked at XXXX. I would like an explanation from GI Act and have them be responsible for allowing fraud to occur using my credentials. This is not an isolated incident with my sister filing falsified federal income tax returns during the pandemic. Shes filed four total, each refund was for {$1200.00}. Thats {$4800.00} stolen from our government and from me. Im not okay with GI Act representing themselves as if they are linked to the federal government by the misrepresentation of their name. They are experts in allowing people to commit crimes by NOT doing any kind of verification because if they did, they would have known XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX my sister is barely 5 feet. My sister is the ultimate criminal no doubt but who is GI Act for contributing to her crimes and misrepresenting themselves as actually being legitimate.
