I was contacted by Genuine Debt Solutions on XXXX XXXX, 2016 by someone named " XXXX XXXX '' and was immediately asked intrusive questions about where I work, etc. without being told " This is an attempt to collect a debt, and any information obtained will be used for that purpose. '' I told this person I was not comfortable having this conversation as I was recently scammed by a company trying to collect on this same " debt. '' I was then transferred to " XXXX XXXX '' who at first seemed to understand my frustration but later became belligerent and highly unprofessional. She told me to " stop talking and listen '' as if I was a child. Keep in my mind she called me so I had the right to state my reasoning for not wanting to continue the call. I continued to ask for validation of debt and asked questions about the companies legitimacy and she then became loud and rude and said that if the money is not paid her client intends to pursue legal action so I disconnected the call. I received XXXX documents sent from a XXXX account from this " business '' - Genuine Debt Solutions telling me I owed an ABSURD amount of money to her client, XXXX XXXX. When I called XXXX XXXX directly they had never heard of this company and told me that I did not owe this debt.

Some years ago I took out a payday loan. Payments were being taken out days and even weeks ahead of the scheduled date. It XXXX my bank account up so badly I had to close the account and open a new XXXX. My bank charges were in the hundreds of dollars due to their untimely actions. I made arrangements to pay the amount they claimed but now they are threatening me for breech of contract because the bank did n't pay their withdrawals. They refuse to accept proof that this was paid. They called on XXXX/XXXX/16 at which time I told them it had been paid but they refused proof of payments. They said they would call the next day for my documentation. They did not. This was a XXXX XXXX at XXXX. A week later they began to call every three minutes non-stop. Threatening to take me to court. So I blocked their number. I am now getting threats from XXXX threatening me saying I had been reported. They do not send documentation of any type, have refused to give me any specifics on what they are referring to and are very nasty people. I do not owe this and they cost me hundreds of dollars in bank fees for all the other transactions that were affected by this incident. They are the ones who were in breach of contract.

Getting calls about a payday that I supposedly took out online that has not been paid. I did not take this loan in XXXX. I 'll filed bankruptcy in XXXX. Any loans that I had at the time were under the bankruptcy and I have never had anything to do with pay day loans since. They called my job today showing a Delaware number. When you call the number back a recording says they do n't take calls. They left an XXXX number which I called and asked them to provide proof and documentation which they refused. I asked them not to call my job again and they called again this afternoon. They were threatening court action and some non check writing list. And when I would not work with them on the phone without receiving documentation, I was yelled at and then hung up on.

I have been receiving call repeatedly with threats of lawsuit. In the past I asked for written documentation, which they have failed to send. They have contacted family members who do not live with me. Very abusive messages. When I have talked to them, they are verbally abusive. I do n't like to respond b/c I do n't want to give personal information over the phone. I ca n't clearly understand the company they are calling from, which makes me more suspicious. I would send a letter asking the calls to cease, but I do n't want to let these people scam me. I am very scared. The numbers they have called me from are ( XXXX ) XXXX, ( XXXX ) XXXX, ( XXXX ) XXXX, ( XXXX ) XXXX.

Received a message from my sister and my ex husband all within 5 minutes of each other this morning stating they received a voicemail asking about my whereabouts and to have me contact the referenced number. Voicemail stated I should not drive, leave my house and if I do I will be pulled over as they are suspending my drivers liscense ( threats ). Basically, insinuating I 'll be arrested. Caller did n't state who they were said I 'm being investigated for " Hot Checks ''. I have n't written a check in many years. They never called me just phishing for info from family and former family members-anyone who I have contact with.

they would change their voice, and say they have a case against me and they going to take me to court.. different people keep calling from different numbers. last this last person name XXXX call and said that she was going to contact my job.I told her that she have to send me some info and she said that they dont.

Receive phone calls at least twice a day for my warrant of my arrest and that I 'm being sued. Now family/friends/work are being called and threatened. When I try to return the call to ask for documention to be sent to me in writing there is not answer. Is this a scam.
