After receiving calls from " Genesis Financial, '' I sent a request for validation in writing, as well as a cease and desist notice of communication with third parties or anyone other than myself as I would correspond with them directly. They noted this on the account last week per their representative I spoke with, yet not only called my mom the day after I asked them not to and they confirmed, but today my employer also got a notice from them which I have not yet even received. I have reviewed and attached the notice that was sent to my employer, and as this notice should have been provided to me, and per the phone call with Genesis Financial on speaker phone while in the payroll office at my place of employment, the person at Genesis said when I asked what my employer was supposed to do with this " notice, '' she said nothing. '' Again then, if this notice had nothing that needed to be done by my employer, it should n't have been sent to them in the first place, and should have been sent to me as requested. I specifically asked them to send me written correspondence regarding this " account, '' provided them with my contact information to make sure they had everything they needed, only to have them continue to send correspondence to third parties without even sending it to me directly so I have a chance to dispute and/or respond appropriately. I have requested validation and verification of this " account '' in writing, and while I am waiting for them to mail me that information, they continue to violate a cease and desist communication with third parties after they confirmed receipt of that last week, and acknowledged to me they received it and would not contact anyone other than myself. This should apply to written correspondence as well as the phone calls to my " references '' as they indicated. Per that request, written notification should be provided to me BEFORE it is sent to an employer, or shared with anyone else.

I started this loan on XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX. I wanted the loan at first to help pay off my car, but I soon found out that I did not want the loan however it was still processed into my account. I used the money to pay for my car, however the interest on this pay it now loan was incredibly high making it nearly impossible to pay it off. I was making small XXXX $ every week that I got paid and once I started a new job they was taking it out every other week. I eventually was n't able to pay them anymore. And I wanted them to understand that I am a struggling XXXX XXXX who has a medical condition that I have to pay for my medicines out of pocket. In XXXX XXXX XXXX my car was repossessed, I tried to explain to Genesis Financial that I will not know when I will be able to pay them because my car was really important for me to have. At this point I had restablish a monthly payment of XXXX dollars a month to them, unknown to me this loan had quadruple in amount and I now owed XXXX. I told XXXX XXXX the " account manager '' that I did not know when I 'll be able to pay, and he said that I was non compliant. He threaten to sue me and him and XXXX used words like good luck in court and we hope that you have a good lawyer and hanging up the phone as I am desperately trying to understand how this escalated. They said that I was aggressive, and I threaten them but they somehow cant find the records of the phone call. I looked up consumer laws and I have a few lawyer friends who told me that this is not proper behavior for a company. They can tell me that the next process will be handle in the court of law but they can not use words that seem to threaten me. Honestly the whole interaction caused me to have an XXXX XXXX which causes me to have XXXX XXXX XXXX. I do n't want to give this company another dime. I have given them well over the XXXX I owe them and I think its time that they are shut down.

XX/XX/2012, the person at this number called my job. Call center at my job answered. The person told the operator that they were talking to me and got disconnected. The operator placed this person on hold and call me. He stated the person on the phone stated they were talking to me and got disconnected. The person side their name was XXXX. He placed me on hold the get more information. He returned to the line and stated the person was rude. I told the operator to transfer this person to me. I accepted the call the person stated, I knew you knew I was. I stated I did not. Person asked if my name was XXXX XXXX and said yes. The person if stay the address which he or she repeated and no because was not my address. They proceed to say you know I am and why am calling and I stated I do not. After this person got very rude at which I told them I dont know who they and please do called my job again. And they did, I would call the police report for harassment and hung up the phone. About five minutes later my husband called asking me if I know someone named XXXX and that he needed to contact me and have me give them a call. He stated that person read off several other people phone numbers that had which was my mother-in-law, my daughter, and a relative.
I googled the number and is listed to XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have not applied for anything from this company. About two months my identity was stolen. I discovered this when I received an email from XXXX XXXX stating two computers had been shipped. I filed a police report and have been in the process of making sure I am reviewing my credit reports and notifying my credit card company and bank. So I dont know if this is someone using my information.

USA Web Cash submitted an unauthorized ACH for additionally fee from my account. The initial loan was {$1800.00} the final payoff was closer to {$3500.00}. Due to a prior request to move a payment, there were additional fee incurred on the account.
I spoke with XXXX from USA Web Cash and advised that I was unemployed. I stated that I would contact USA Web Cash to schedule the final balance / payoff. XXXX submitted an unauthorized ACH to my account. Additionally, I was advised by XXXX that USA Web Cash agreement stated that they can arbitrarily deduct this amount from bank account without my permission.
After filing a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General, I was contacted my XXXX ( USA Web Cash ). He offered to pay the fee back {$80.00} and/or to give me another " low interest loan '' to " help me out ''. Again he stated that USA Web Cash has the right to make an unauthorized ACH from my account.

I WAS DESPERATE AND GOT A ONLINE LOAN ON XXXX/XXXX/XXXX FOR {$250.00}. I PAY {$46.00} EVERY XXXX WEEKS. I WENT TO PAY OFF THE LOAN TODAY AND THEY STATE I STILL OWE ALMOST {$300.00} TO PAYOFF TODAY. AND MORE IF I DONT?!?!?! THEY ARE CHARGING ME {$12.00} FEE PLUS ALMOST {$900.00} IN INTREST! I WAS NOT TOLD THAT BY THE LADY WHO WENT OVER THE LOAN WITH ME.
