My name is XXXX XXXX and I am sending this request myself to address the inaccuracies on my Credit Reports.Despite the multiple previous written requests, the unverified accounts listed below still remain on my credit report in violation of Federal Law. The 3 Credit Bureaus have failed to comply with air Credit Reporting Act, 15 USC sections 1681i within the time set forth by law and continued reporting of unverified information which now, given all my attempts to address it directly with the creditor, as willful negligence and non-compliance with federal statutes. These statuses are damaging to my report, which would not be happening if the bureaus are investigated properly before posting derogatory information.

On or around XXXX XXXX my legally separated x-wife went to the dentist and was seen and was billed for the visit. During the Divorce hearing the judge ordered her to pay the Bill. She waited until after she was remarried and then paid the bill under her New Married name. Ever since XX/XX/XXXX I have been receiving collection letters and phone calls asking me to pay the debit, I have repeatedly told the collection agency this is Not my debit. On XX/XX/XXXX I received another collection letter stating that the due amount is {$970.00} and I currently live in the state of Florida. The debit initially was opened in Nebraska and this debit is not mine and too old to collect. I would like the harassment to stop.
