General Collections has been taking the same amount of payments out of my account every Monday as agreed upon. Today I received a notification that the payment did not go through as they were not using the correct CV code the notification also came up right after that one a payment for double that amount that came back as insufficient. I only use this account to make that payment once a week and I only keep enough to make that payment weekly in that account. When I seen XXXX was attempted 20 minutes after they tried to take a XXXX dollar payment out, I had called and asked why they thought this was ok, they proceeded to tell me that a new person was running the payments it was just a clerical error however, if they tried for XXXX and turned around and tried for XXXX that would not be a clerical error. she had no response back. I don't find this to be trust worthy nor ok.
