XXXX XXXX is sending constant emails every day to my personal email. No disclosure of a debt owed only asking for a card number for a payment and to call them. They use my first name only and seems fishy no other distinguishing information to make me believe these are legit emails. All the info is sent in subject line and a disclaimer at the bottom with a phone number ( XXXX ) XXXX stating to call them before XXXX. The frequency of these emails is getting out of hand the address sending it is XXXX and reply address is XXXX. Neither of those emails seem legit this started the XXXX of XXXX and they have emailed me everyday during my working hours since the XXXX of XXXX. Each email almost seems like a phishing attempt for PII using a time critical technique telling you to call before XXXX with no timeline stated.

REM financial is not willing to give me any information about my collection. I have called multiple times to try to get the matter resolved and they will not give me any information and suggested I get an attorney, I also was threatened with a law suit over the phone.
