G.W. Golden XXXX is sending XXXX XXXX to previous client houses advertising she can lower there rate and help them take cash out.
My mother XXXX XXXX is XXXX years old and let XXXX XXXX into our house because she lied and said she works directly with XXXX XXXX. She came in and stated twice YES I WORK VERY CLOSELY WITH XXXX XXXX when my mother XXXX asked her again you work with XXXX XXXX she said YES AGAIN I WORK DIRECTLY WITH XXXX XXXX.
I XXXX XXXX son wittnessed everything and asked her a 3rd time do you work with XXXX XXXX and again sge lied and said I work direclty with XXXX XXXX.
XXXX was offering to lower our interest rate by and take cash out.
My mother is XXXX years old when I looked up XXXX she is not even licensed and is quoting rates.
XXXX was very strong arming us and pushing us to set up and appointment with her Broker XXXX XXXX and stated he is the one that sent her out.
We told her we are not interested and she couldnt take no for an answer and said she will be back in couple days.
When she left we called XXXX XXXX and XXXX stated she no longer works with XXXX or XXXX or has any affliations with GW GOLDEN and left that office almost 2 years and she is working for another office.
We looked up there address on the flyer or marketing letter that XXXX left us and we could not find them or GW golden. So I drove down to this address in XXXX to cancel her coming back the building told us there no compnay by that name in this office or that building They have an address on they advertisment letter they are not affliated with.
How can this be allowed. That an unlicensed person is promising they can lower the rate by 2 % and bring it down to 2.0 % rate and help us take cash out. XXXX XXXX was our orginal loan officer and she is using her name to connect us to work with her. This is elderly abuse and this is not ok. She strong armed my mother and came into the house and forced her to set up and appointment we didnt want. we told her we dont want anyone coming back.
After driving to the office and seeing they are using and address that is not there I called XXXX right away and told her do not come back and make sure to cancel everything. If I XXXX was not here to stop this and catch all this they would have taken advantge of my XXXX year old mother.
My mother is XXXX years old is very upset and can not belive this is happening she is happy she put a stop to it right away. This is very unethical and very dangerous.
