I was approved for a loan in the amount of XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX. When I contacted the company on XX/XX/XXXX the representative I spoke with told me that the system had me in the pay back twice the month even though it is suppose to be once the month on the XXXX of every month. She corrected the mistake and then told me I was approved for XXXX and that I needed to resign the agreements. I signed and initialed everything and submitted my employment verification. Later that evening on XX/XX/XXXX I called to check the status of my loan and was told that the company had withdrawn my application with no reason or recourse.

My daughter is extremely ill and this business has been notified. They have been informed numerous times about this. They have disclosed her personal information, called her cell phone numerous times ( as her family is in possession of it at this time ), stated she has a " claim '' etc. I have filed a complaint with the XXXX the Federal Trade Commission, and now your agency.
