I had a four year lease with Fusion Auto Finance that was completed on XX/XX/2020. On XX/XX/2020 I contacted Fusion and asked if they offer any extensions. I was told yes. The maximum extension without a re-lease is a month to month payment not to exceed six months. If I were to extend pass the six month period, I'd automatically have to lease for one year and/or buy the vehicle. I was told in order to do so, I have to call before the lease termination date and agree to my option of choice in which I did on XX/XX/2020. I was again told the same information as to how each option functioned and differed. I agreed to the " month to month '' option, told the necessary paperwork will be processed and to call back on the following Monday- XX/XX/2020 to make a payment over the phone in which was done. I confirmed that I will be doing the same next month. I called to pay today, XX/XX/2020 and was told that I have to " return the vehicle in two weeks, by the end of the month '' and that they are " no longer doing extensions which is determined case by case. '' I was only asked of how many miles are on my vehicle and told I can not extend, I have three weekends to purchase another vehicle. I asked how could this be as I was told and confirmed with multiple times that I have an extension of up to six months directly with Fusion without a contractual one year lease? The response was that it's not contractual on their end to give me an extension, it's direct orders from the CEO 's and they just have to enforce it, I don't qualify for the extension, the rate will be to high if I re-lease, it was a kind gesture on their part to do because of Covid-19 and I have a curteous grace period of two weeks to purchase a new vehicle, the dealerships are open. I claimed this was irrational, unfair, poor customer service and a hardship on my end as well as their customers especially with the short notice. I spoke to this same individual ( who has been helping me throughout, since last year ), and told him you were clear with me as to how this worked and nothing had to do with Covid. I called him back about a hour later and asked to speak with a manager to escalate a complaint. A friend of mine whom is knowledgeable and well versed in finance/contracts was on this call, I stated so, and gave permission for him to ask questions pertaining to the issue and my account. The tone then changed, the individual was short, quick to do away with, then says his manager will tell us the same thing he did and won't talk with him because he is not on the contract. We were then transferred to the manager and he offered only one month to keep the vehicle, I would have to pay for that month and then return. No more or less- he " can't do anything for me and it's not contractual to do anything, nor deliver on what was said to me. The company is losing a lot of money and needs the vehicles back. It was a gesture for the pandemic at hand extended to their customers. '' Although, that was never stated in prior conversations or told that it's a possibility to retract, nor was I under the impression that my verbal acceptance of the month to month extension wasn't contractual.

Terrible customer service. Never able to get thru in their phone numbers, never a resolution. When I leased I was never aware that a third party was involved since I only received correspondences/bills from XXXX ( bank ). Wish I would had known because the involvement of Fusion is a nightmare. The issue is that I returned a XXXX XXXX XXXX in perfect condition to XXXX XXXX dealer ( NJ ) on XX/XX/XXXX and leased a new XXXX XXXX. I was told by the dealership agent that since I was leaving with a new leased car I should not be charged with dispositions fee. Also was given a lease return document in which the boxes of no damage, vehicle abuse nor missing equipment were checked. The damage description section had nothing major to be checked. To my surprise I received a bill from Fusion for {$1800.00}. IT IS UNBELIEVABLE!!!! Reading previous reviews this seems to be Fusion practice. First of all, I have leased for over 15 years directly with the Motor Finance companies of XXXX, XXXX, XXXX and XXXX ; unfortunately in this particular lease my contract was handle by Fusion, and is the first time something like that happens. I was never sent information on lease end 90 days before, as they claim in their website that they do ; neither was I aware that I needed to return vehicle to a different place other than to the dealer as I had done with all my previous cars. Was never told that by the finance manager or sales person at XXXX XXXX either. I was also told though that if you lease a new vehicle you do have up to certain amount on wear and tear excess that is covered. MORE TO MY SURPRISE, I am also being charged for 5 dents in the roof of the truck which I adamantly dispute {$300.00} because that vehicle never had any collision or damage at the roof, it was probably when they transported it. Also, if a highly recognized insurance company approved of a repair of the bumper and had their inspector check it, then pay auto reputable body shop directly for their job ; how can a Fusion inspector claim that it was poorly repair and now charge me? I also dispute that charge of {$280.00}. In addition I am disputing {$300.00} for cleaning of the pick up bed from paint as they claim ; it might have been dirty but that is an excessive charge. At the beginning of the lease I added and extra pick up bed cover/side steps which I left on, as well as an alarm system for which I paid extra ; out of the 30,000 miles allowance I only drove XXXX ; in consequence they should then give me a credit for that instead. Reading and following up on previous reviews as well as complaints, it seems to be a very consistent pattern of Fusion to overcharge on vehicles that are returned in good condition. Complaints in XXXX, XXXX as well as other sites are all in agreement of the Fusion overcharging scam. Independent body shops in the area told me that the repair cost are much less than what Fusion is charging. XXXX XXXX Lease end invoice # XXXX for {$1800.00} XXXX XXXX XXXX/Fusion Auto Finance dated XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX, vin XXXX

I leased a vehicle through Fusion Auto Finance LLC ( " Fusion '' ) from XX/XX/XXXX- XX/XX/XXXX. The lease was terminated on XXXX XXXX, XXXX and I have not been possession of this car since. Today, XXXX XXXX, XXXX, was the first time I was notified by Fusion Auto Finance LLC via phone call regarding a bill issued from XXXX County, Virginia for a state property tax that was issued in XX/XX/XXXX to Fusion Auto Finance LLC. The bill has since accumulated approximately {$300.00} in late fees and penalties because it was not paid by Fusion. When I contacted Fusion to discuss the bill, they were aggressive in insisting that I received multiple notifications about this bill, but I received none until they threatened to send me to Collections ( via a phone voicemail ) on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. I should not be held accountable for the penalties and late fees assessed by XXXX County because of the negligence from Fusion. When I asked if they had any record of the notifications that they claimed to have sent, they were unable to provide that information and insisted " that was not their responsibility. '' Any time I attempted to discuss the situation with the finance agent, XXXX XXXX, she shouted me down and insisted that I was at fault instead of answering my questions.

Fusion Auto Finance is engaging in fraudulent business practices. XXXX XXXX works with Fusion Auto Finance to hold the title for leased and owned vehicles. I leased a vehicle in XXXX 2013, with XXXX XXXX referring me to Fusion Auto Finance. I am 2 months away from lease end, and a dealership wants to purchase my vehicle. The payoff amount ( to buy the car outright ) with loan company is {$17000.00}. Since Fusion is the holder of the title, they are arbitrarily and fraudulently raising the price to {$20000.00}, without any explanation as to why the price is being increased nearly {$3000.00}. Spoke with Fusion, who is based in both XXXX XXXX New York and in XXXX Texas. Their contact information for certain employees go to bad numbers. The New York Banking Authority has NO record of them. They are engaging in fraudulent activity and this must be corrected. The dealership could not buy out my vehicle because Fusion was charging nearly # XXXX over the loan price, without any explanation.

Inaccurate Information reported to Credit Bureau. To whom this may concern, this is the 2nd time in a matter of months that my auto loan with this lender has reported an inaccurate balance and increase to the credit bureau. The first inaccurate report was corrected in a few days however, this second inaccurate report is now becoming frustrating. I am in the middle of purchasing a home and this incorrect information is becoming a burden to deal with. It makes being a consumer for this lender completely undesirable. Can someone please get back to me immediately with a response and a quick solution for rectifying this incorrect information once again immediately please. For the past XXXX years I have never had a problem with this lender. For the past XXXX months, this issue has been completely ridiculous. I have attached the information that I need corrected.

I applied for financing thru my Credit Union ( XXXX ) and was approved I then informed the leasing agent ( Fusion/XXXX ) that I was approved for a loan by Affinity and explained the next steps I would need to continue to buy out my lease. Fusion told me if I go that route I would be charged fees due to the length it would take to process the buy out not going directly thru them. Fusion gave me the lease buy out letter. I then fwd the buy out as per the request from XXXX I gave XXXX a call a few days later and was told that Fusion was refusing to accept checks to buy out leases ( while charging extending lease fees ) from XXXX directly anymore and they were going to have a meeting ( XXXX and Fusion ) to discuss this. I gave XXXX a call a week later and was told to deal with Fusion directly.

Upon returning my leased vehicle, over 60 days later ( which is the required period ), I received a letter with alleged damage to the returned vehicle. The alleged damage was not substantiated by fusion, and I fully contest all of it. Furthermore, the employees at fusion are engaged in extorting as much money as they can. Different agents I spoke to gave different cost amounts for the same item. I tried to reasonably negotiate and settle. I filed and paid for arbitration with the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The response I got from them was, " Fusion Auto Finance, LLC failed to comply with the XXXX policies regarding consumer claims. '' They therefore can not arbitrate with them and closing my case. Fusion still continues to call me and send notices.

The debt collectors Fusion Auto and XXXX XXXX XXXX were notified in writing by my attorney by letter dated XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX to not contact me directly and instead direct all contact to my attorney. This includes a letter and phone call on XX/XX/XXXX and phone calls of XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX Since then they have made repeated harassing and threatening phone calls to me and have refused to contact my attorney. This is regarding money claimed to be owed on an auto lease but disputed.
