- On XX/XX/XXXXXXXX I applied online for a XXXX for {$1400.00} - on XX/XX/XXXX, an amount of {$1100.00} was credited to my personal checking account from FUNDO LLC ( Financial Institution ).
- XX/XX/XXXXXXXX I requested a reconciliation to have my payments lowered due to financial hardship.
XXXXXXXX Fundo Representative ( XXXX XXXX ) emailed me indicating that they could not approve my request and that contractually they are able to collect up to 22.31 % and increase my monthly payments to {$250.00} a week.
XXXXXXXX I reviewed my rights as a consumer and detected Fraud by Fundo. I invoked a right to rescind my contract, revoked FUNDO access to my bank and returned all payments made. {$800.00}.
XXXXXXXX Fundo illegally filed a UCC lien XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Clerk of Superior court for {$6500.00} XXXXXXXX I requested validation of debt, signed invoice, copy of agreement binding both parties, evidence there exist a business titled " XXXX XXXX '' per their claim, and my original application XXXXXXXX second attempt to request information XXXXXXXX FUNDO LLC sent me my agreement and partial application XXXX which indicates a loan was disbursed ) XXXXXXXX I invoked my right to access, request was ignored.
XXXX I informed FUNDO ( XXXX ) that I have evidence a loan was disbursed XXXX XXXX denies and claims it was a technical issue XXXXXXXX i infomred fundo that i am aware that XXXX XXXX, director and lawyer for Fundo has been sued by the CFPB, and US attorney office general for debt relief scams. Please reference " XXXX XXXX XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX ''. XXXX has also been investigated by the DOJ.
- XX/XX/XXXX. I had a 13 minute conversation with Fundo Paralegal and COO, XXXX XXXX in which she proposed a reduction in balance from XXXX to XXXX and the debt will be cleared.
XXXXXXXX XXXX sent a follow up email pertaining to our conversation and will follow up prior to XX/XX/XXXX with a decision on my behalf.

In the beginning it was explained to me that this particular loan was to help small business owners and there was no interest, but just a fee added on to the loan. Currently my payment status is up to date but the last time I spoke with the company I asked them about final payment and they told me I owed the amount {$1900.00} on top of the {$1200.00} Ive already paid them. I was confused about the total amount because the loan was only for {$1200.00} originally when I told them I was never explained any of these extra fees they seem to backpedal and couldnt explain anything and told me they can email me the agreement. The email stated that I abandoned the call with an agreement attached that I was never properly explained. I dont want this bad loan to affect my credit that Im so desperately trying to repair.

I borrowed {$1200.00} from this company but only received {$1000.00}. Ive paid back {$1400.00} as noted in the contract and now the company wants an additional {$5000.00}. Additionally the company went as far as writing a fraudulent check in my name and forged my signature in an attempt to withdraw more money. They have also file a XXXX against me and are still attempting to take more money after.
