Applied for a mortgage with Full Service Mortgage Group in XXXX, TN. Everything seem to have been going great until my husband and I were asked to pay for the appraisal and notice the Lender XXXX XXXX XXXX did not note on the disclosure that the appraisal had been paid outside. The appraisal was included in the total loan cost. Also I noticed in the disclosure that we were getting charge triple in property taxes which were also included in the loan total. I feel before a disclosure is prepared you should have the correct cost of the property taxes. After noticing the discrepancies in the disclosure my husband and I spoke with the Lender and advised him we were no longer comfortable doing business with him. Since then we have received text messages, emails, and threats not only from the Lender, but also from the builder of the new construction which kept our deposit due to the termination of our agreement. There is no reason we should be harrassed by either party when dealing with predatory lending practices.
