I purchased a vacuum through XXXX on line. I chose the payment plan for it. I thought that I paid through credit card charges but was told that the one payment failed. I responded and thought it was corrected. It wasn't. Then the next month they attempted again and then they sent me to a collections agency. I wasn't given a chance to clear up the payments which I thought were fine. I was told it was a third notice, it wasn't. It was the second and I had responded to the first one via email. They voided the warranty on the vacuum which of course doesn't work anymore anyway. I received an email from the collections agency and I asked that they prove the debt. I don't know who these people are. I don't agree with the amount that they show as due, and I don't know that if I pay these people it will resolve this debt. I responded to the email and haven't received an answer. I have received numerous calls from them, about XXXX a day. So, I emailed them again telling them that until the prove out the debt it was illegal to keep up the non-stop calls. I asked that they prove the debt. I have seen nothing and they keep calling me while I'm at work. Please have them prove the debt and stop calling me until they do. I will pay this debt but I'm not giving some person on a phone money until I'm sure they are actually in charge of this debt. How do I know this isn't a scam? I pay them and then I get XXXX calling me looking for payment.

XX/XX/2020 @ XXXX XXXX I got a call from XXXX with Full Circle. The number for the company is XXXX ext XXXX. I advised XXXX that he was calling my employer and I was not able to take personal phones calls at this number. He then asked me for a different number which I told him I would not provide to him. He then says that he will keep calling my employer to contact me about a so called debt I owed. I have never taken a service with this company before. I went to XXXX and looked up Full Circle and I can't find a website or address for this company. I think its a scam and I want them to stop calling my employer 's number.

I contacted XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX, and told them I no longer wanted to work with them, because it was taking them to long to pay off my debt. They also, let some of my debt to be sold to a 3rd party. one debt that was owed was with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX which was sold to Full Circle Financial Services. I contacted Full Circle and told the person who answer the phone ( a Man ) and said that I wanted to Make a settlement on my account. I told him I was dropping XXXX XXXX and deal with them personally, he threaten not to work with me and said I should go back to XXXX XXXX. what is the different. I'm the one who is paying.

We received XXXX letters from Full Circle Financial Services claiming we owe {$150.00} to Shark Rocket Deluxe Pro Vacuum. I replied to the first letter stating we do not owe this money and have never done any business with XXXX XXXX. We then received a second letter. We do no own a XXXX XXXX Deluxe Pro Vacuum, nor have we ever considered owning one. They also claim it was paid for with a XXXX ending in a number that is n't any card number we have ever had.
