I am getting no assistance between strike acceptance and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I was sold a car with a faulty transmission and was force to pay out of pocket for a brand new transmission ton a car I had less than 30 days. I asked XXXX XXXX and both strike acceptance if there is anything they could do to help out with the payment plan. I am only XXXX payment behind the first payment and that is due to being stranded in XXXX GA with a XXXX XXXX XXXX ( traveling from XXXX ) I have had to pay for multiple train rides as well as hauling services due to the lack of assistance. XXXX XXXX has had the car impounded. Strike acceptance has advised that I must pay the total of the car off to obtain the vehicle. I am a single mother who has been utterly abused and mistreated as well as I feel I was truly given the poorest customer service. I have came out almost {$2500.00} to fix the car and safely get my family back to XXXX XXXXa all for them to take it away once I finally got it back to XXXX XXXX XXXX I even visited the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX this day to return a rented vehicle. Because of this hardship I was late on my first payment for XX/XX/XXXX. I was not able to pick up my car from XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX. My car was towed/repossessed on XXXX. The bank sent a letter advising my vehicle would not be sold until XX/XX/XXXX, however sold the car back to dealership on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX advised they had no idea whats was going on with the car and attempted to run my credit to place by me I. A different car. I explain to them that strike has advised the car was release to the dealership but XXXX kept denying this statement. ( they did not want to put me I. The same car ) after all the trout XXXX I had faced to get the car fixed. My car was not sold as is and was under warranty. We also found that the dealership did not fix the recall on the transmission before selling me the vehicle ultimately factoring into the transmission failing on me. This hardship has set my family back completely. I traded in a car for a lemon and feel completely robbed and scammed. If the dealership would have taken the responsibility of fixing the car, I could have successfully made my first payment on time. Because the bank went outside of the agreement via the letter ( not selling the car until XX/XX/XXXX ) they agreed to remove the trade line from my credit profile. While I do appreciate this I feel both the bank and XXXX XXXX should be held accountable for the lack of protection against the consumer as well as not allowing me the time to pay for the car before selling the vehicle. Also the trade line still shows on my credit after strike informed the better business bureau of deletion.

I financed a XXXX through fuel capital in XXXX of XXXX called them and asked them to send any new paperwork via email or to my new address in XXXX when I moved. Ive made every payment on time. I was lied to about option GPS recovery hardware I paid extra for by the dealer and found out later this hardware is mandatory by the finance company and protects them. Then on XX/XX/2022, I receive a text stating that " fuel capital is now Strike Acceptance, you're set to receive convenient account text. '' payments have continued to be withdrawn with no changes on my part each month. I have carried full coverage insurance as agreed to in my finance contract with fuel with zero lapses. Today I visit my family and find a letter sent to my parents house saying that they can not verify I am carrying full coverage insurance and that if I do not prove I have full coverage insurance with " Stike acceptance as the lossy by XX/XX/2022 they will take measures to protect themselves which can cost me. I opened this letter on XX/XX/XXXX. I've never signed any paperwork changing my contract or terms nor agreed to receive any account correspondence via an address, which I have not lived at since 4 months after purchasing my XXXX. I feel mistreated and violated in the contract agreement I signed in many ways. I should not be penalized because a fiance company decides to change its ownership or sell my loan without properly informing me of changes and requirements that I can agree to. nor should I be put in a position where I need to take time from work to try figuring out what I need to do to address these new demands after receiving a confusing and threatening letter. I've abided by the terms of my contract. I also would like a refund for the GPS options I was sold fraudulently because the dealer said it was an option, which would pay me XXXX dollars on top of the value of my bike if it was not recovered and this is not true. it is mandatory according to this financial company 's paperwork and a violation of my contract if I remove the device. I was not informed of any of this, was misled about what this was, and paid for something I did not receive.

Back in the early month of XX/XX/2022 I contacted this company for validation of the debt they have inaccurately reported to my credit profile. I have found *several* contradicting information on my report that further prove my suspicion of this account being fraudulent and NOT MINE. I kindly request this item to be removed completely, never to be added back again. I understand that the Fair Credit Reporting Act regulates credit bureaus and collection agencies to ensure proper and accurate reporting for all consumers. In this case, I have not been treated fairly as the reported accounts are continuing to show -- with mismatch information especially. I want this account completely removed from my account and never to be added back again. The information reported to my account is all over the place, and appears to be fraudulent. I do not owe this company money. I have never heard of this company. Their record-keeping is inaccurate and is causing me great misfortune in my life because of it. Being able to use my credit for personal reasons is being inhibited and I can no longer wait for something to be done about this. I am open to contacting an attorney if necessary.

I requested multiple times documents to verify correctness of loan received for my used XXXX XXXX. strike loan acceptance has ignored my requests for two months, is now reporting negatively and inaccurately on my credit report and is refusing to accept my monthly payment. I purchased the car XX/XX/XXXX. About a month later I received paper work stating my car payment was now due, but i noticed the amounts were incorrect regarding the monthly payment, the loan pay off amount, as well as warranty I had purchased as well. Strike has repeatedly promised to send me the copys and has yet to do so. I asked them to be mailed, faxed or emailed and Ive still received no correspondence. Ive attempted to pay my monthly amount to prevent negative reporting on my credit ; but they have blocked my ability to make a payment completely, and are still reporting to the credit bureau I am two months late despite my efforts to pay.

About a month ago, I opened an account with Strike on their app in hopes of being able to send and receive money with family and friends. After patiently waiting and several obscure and smart alec emails, I am still unable to use this account. The only thing that happens when I try to use the app is it displays : " we need to review your account. '' I have given up on trying to use Strike for anything. So, after officially requesting to delete my account and personal information, I received an email stating they can not do that citing the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act ( GLBA ). I was also NEVER given to opportunity to " opt out '' of sharing my personal information since opening my account.

I would like to file a complaint towards Strick Acceptance, I have informed them multiple times and have been making monthly installments to try and bring account current. However XXXX XXXX is harassing me, calling me five times a day from their business number and calling me private. When I asked to be placed on do not call list, the agent then refused to do so. I then asked for a manager or someone above him due to XXXX not wanting to work with me. He then stated he will not get me to anyone and wished me luck on trying to get someone else to talk to. I have been recieving phone calls 4-6 times a day since XX/XX/2022.

Strike acceptance reported late payments for 60-89 days on my credit report consistently for months without a change, which is untrue.
