In XXXX of XXXX I consigned on a bail with XXXX for a family member which was paid in full. In XXXX XXXX I was sued by a collection agency FTA Financial who said they represent the bail company who was now out of business. The man would call me from the collection agency and tell me I was a " stupid XXXX '' and laughed himself to sleep at night thinking how stupid I am. When I responded to the court notice the collection agency asked that there be no court date and due to lack of evidence the court find in their favor without going to court but the court denied that request and set a court date in XXXX XXXX. I sat in court for hours and the collection agency never showed so the judge said the case was dismissed. I started receiving collection letters again and left many messages asking them to stop sending them but when I called today I finally got someone on the phone who said the court case was reopened this month XXXX XXXX because they never received notice of the court date in XXXX which is hard to believe and when I left court that day I called them and told them it was over and to stop harassing me. It is not fair because the evidence I had the day in court an old cell phone with messages from the bail bonds proving it was paid I no longer have.
