In XXXX I enrolled in Fast Track Debt Reliefs debt relief program, with my 1st payment being deducted on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX I was laid off due to COVID19 and I had to skip my XXXX and XXXX payments. On XX/XX/XXXX I needed to contact the company for a question, I left voicemails, sent emails and even left voicemails on attorney XXXX XXXX ' voicemail, no one ever contacted me back. On XX/XX/XXXX I chased then down to get someone on the phone. When I finally got someone, she informed me that they could not help me until I made up the 2 missed payments of {$380.00} each and that my account was in the negative because of those 2 missed payments. I was shocked that they were charging fees to my account without making 1 payment to any of my creditors! They were eating up all of the money by charging fees, not making payments. I was told when I cancelled that they owed me no money back because I signed a contract. I signed a contract for a service that was not performed.

IAll contact was by phone, contacted Fast Track Debt Relief about debt relief program, all my information about my debt was collected and was told what my monthly payment would be on a bank draft, never telling me that a company by the name of Frontier Consumer Law Group would be overseeing my account, these two businesses have the same address. When I contact frontier and ask questions I get emails from operations manager from fasttrack. A Georgia Attorney sent me an email stating she only helped if this company notified her as a summons, also she refers to them as a debt management company. They have collected up from fees since XX/XX/2018 which in Georgia is illegal. They also made agreements without contacting me for settlements.

Fast Track XXXX has called me to the point that it is harassment. They have been advised that my name is NOT XXXX and that they are calling the wrong number. They continue to state that I filled out an online survey asking them to call which is completely false. No matter how many times I ask them to remove my phone number from their system, they continue to call. They have masked their phone number to show up as a local phone number in my area. The most recent call came from XXXX and shows as being located in XXXX, XXXX where I live. They have stated that they are located in XXXX XXXX and that this is where they are calling from.
