Dear Sir or Madam, 1. FREND FIN CO Account Number : XXXX Please correct this inaccurate information on my credit report. I recently pulled my credit report from your Bureau and my attorneys and I had a chance to go over my credit report and in amazement, that you have decided to report me 30 days late on this account in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX as well as 60 days late on XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. I immediately disputed this information with FREND FIN CO and the results of the investigation came back " verified ''. Not only was I never late on this account, but according to the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), the information furnisher is required to notify me of the insertion of negative listings. Since I have disputed the lates with the creditor, and you obviously " verified '' them, I am very curious as to what kinds of " records '' you may have for this alleged account. I am very confident that you are in violation of the ( FCRA ) and ( FCBA ) sections ( 1666, 1666a. 1666b., and 1666c. ) as stated below : 1666. Correction of billing errors ( b ) Billing error ( 4 ) The creditor 's failure to reflect properly on a statement, a payment made by the obligor or a credit issued to the obligor. ( 5 ) A computation error or similar error of an accounting nature of the creditor on a statement. ( 6 ) Failure to transmit the statement required under section 1637 ( b ) of this title to the last address of the obligor which has been disclosed to the creditor, unless that address was furnished less than twenty days before the end of the billing cycle for which the statement is required. ( 7 ) Any other error described in regulations of the Bureau. 1666a. Regulation of credit reports ( a ) Reports by creditor on obligor 's failure to pay amount regarded as billing error After receiving a notice from an obligor as provided in section 1666 ( a ) of this title, a creditor or his agent may not directly or indirectly threaten to report to any person adversely on the obligor 's credit rating or credit standing because of the obligor 's failure to pay the amount indicated by the obligor under section 1666 ( a ) ( 2 ) of this title, and such amount may not be reported as delinquent to any third party until the creditor has met the requirements of section 1666 of this title and has allowed the obligor the same number of days ( not less than ten ) thereafter to make payment as is provided under the credit agreement with the obligor for the payment of undisputed amounts. ( b ) Reports by creditor on delinquent amounts in dispute ; notification of obligor of parties notified of delinquency If a creditor receives a further written notice from an obligor that an amount is still in dispute within the time allowed for payment under subsection ( a ) of this section, a creditor may not report to any third party that the amount of the obligor is delinquent because the obligor has failed to pay an amount which he has indicated under section 1666 ( a ) ( 2 ) of this title, unless the creditor also reports that the amount is in dispute and, at the same time, notifies the obligor of the name and address of each party to whom the creditor is reporting information concerning the delinquency. ( c ) Reports by creditor of subsequent resolution of delinquent amounts A creditor shall report any subsequent resolution of any delinquencies reported pursuant to subsection ( b ) to the parties to whom such delinquencies were initially reported. 1666b. Timing of payments ( a ) Time to make payments A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any purpose, unless the creditor has adopted reasonable procedures designed to ensure that each periodic statement including the information required by section 1637 ( b ) of this title is mailed or delivered to the consumer not later than 21 days before the payment due date. Because I take my credit very seriously, I contacted every name and account that was listed on the report. I was again very shocked by the multiple names, account numbers and figures. Included with this letter, is every letter written to those who have hampered my ability to obtain credit. I believe that any judge that looks over the report would agree that it is a violation of both the FCRA, CCPA and FACTA. The following accounts were listed on your report and I have demanded from them a full accounting and five years worth of records to see if their accounts were in violation of the FAIR CREDIT BILLING ACT ( FCBA ). We also demanded signed contracts, agreements or any legal paperwork that would tie us to the following accounts. Under the FCRA, you are required to conduct an investigation on this account if I request it. I DEMAND to see all 100 % verifiable proof that I was indeed Verifiably late on these accounts and the creditor fulfilled its obligations under ( FCBA 1666 ( a ) ( 2 ) ), As I was never notified of a billing delinquency on my accounts, which the creditor must do under section ( FCBA1666 ( b ) ( 6 ). I DEMAND to see proof that I was mailed my statement to the correct address notifying me of both payment due date and delinquency of payment on the account. If you can not provide 100 % Verifiable proof and proper documentation that the CREDITOR fulfilled its obligations under the ( FCBA ) and ( FCRA ), I therefore demand these late payments be removed from my account or I will be forced to be in contact with the Attorney General of my State and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. On XX/XX/XXXX, visited XXXX XXXX XXXX in Ohio to purchase a vehicle. I found a vehicle, signed paperwork, and received copies from the dealer. The auto loan was immediately assigned to Friendly Finance Corporation located in Maryland. I made payments until losing my job in XX/XX/XXXX. After losing my job, payments were still being made but not timely. I relocated to another state for employment purposes and eventually filed for Chapter XXXX bankruptcy protection. I paid into the Chapter XXXX repayment plan for over a year, but allowed the bankruptcy plan/petition to be dismissed due to the high payments that were required and I was unable to keep up. In the meantime, I once relocated for employment. When I was transferring the vehicle 's title work to the new state of residence, Friendly Finance could not locate the original title. Friendly Finance had to apply for a new title to be provided due to the loss of the original. Upon dismissal of the bankruptcy, I contacted my secured creditors to make payment arrangements, Friendly Finance included. In XX/XX/XXXX, Friendly Finance agreed to payments in the amount of {$300.00} per month beginning XX/XX/XXXX. I then made two payments as agreed to in XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received a Summons from the county court where I was living at the time, and it was a complaint against me filed by Friendly Finance Corporation seeking a monetary judgment. Attached were a copy of the contract and other documents. I immediately noticed that my signature did not appear on any of the documents attached as exhibits. I also noticed that there was no accounting provided of payments made on the account, including any payments made during my Chapter XXXX that were paid out by the bankruptcy trustee ; and neither of the payments from XX/XX/XXXX or XX/XX/XXXX were included. Over the next 18 months, I had to fight the lawsuit in court as a pro se litigant because I could not afford a lawyer. Although I had repeatedly requested an accounting of payments and copies of the original documents, Friendly Finance Corporation never provided such documentation. I even contacted the State of Ohio XXXX to investigate the fraudulent signatures - which at one point the investigator agreed that the signatures were different after she reviewed XXXX 's file, but then XXXX XXXX XXXX complained to the investigator 's supervisor and stated that they did not need to provide any documentation because the time limit of three years had already expired. Eventually, the court agreed to dismiss the case pursuant to a copy of an arbitration agreement that I had signed and had in my possession with the other carbon copies of the original documents given to me in XX/XX/XXXX. Friendly Finance 's counsel did not have a copy, and stated he had never seen it - because they do not have the original documents. A few months after the court case was dismissed, an arbitration firm sent me a letter requesting a statement from me regarding the issue. I prepared and mailed my personal statement to the address provided and awaited a response. I moved back to Ohio for employment reasons in XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX, I received certified mail with a copy of an application at a county court in Ohio from Friendly Finance as they are once again seeking monetary judgment without providing any documentation as to the debt owed, payments I had made towards a loan, and they are still unable to provide the paperwork that I actually signed in XX/XX/XXXX. We never went to mediation as the court ordered in XX/XX/XXXX, and when reviewing a copy of the paperwork provided in the certified mail, Friendly Finance has my previous address listed incorrectly, so even then it would not be forwarded to my new address. Friendly Finance Corporation and/or XXXX XXXX XXXX has forged my signature and have been filing forged documents, under Oath, in now two different courts in two different states. I have a right to see what payments they have or have not, applied to a loan. But, they are unwilling to provide any documentation in hopes that I will miss a court date and allow a monetary judgment to be granted in their favor. I have offered several times for the vehicle to be turned over and they have refused. The vehicle is not being driven, but I am forced to maintain full coverage insurance. Unfortunately, because I can not afford an attorney, I am hoping that the CFPB will be able to review this case and the documentation to assist me in my requests to Friendly Finance Corporation to provide the documentation that I have been requesting to resolve this dispute.

I purchase my used vehicle on XX/XX/XXXX from XXXX XXXX and was told that Friendly Finance Corporation would be my lender and your monthly payments is based on your income so your monthly payments will be {$390.00}. Which I requested that I stayed under the {$300.00} mark but was told that was the best they could do, I agreed to the charges believing what I was told on or Around XX/XX/XXXX I received a call from Friendly Finance Account Specialist telling me she was calling to verify my information and setup my account so that I can make my monthly payments she stated there was some inconsistences in verifying my income how much do you make. I responded about XXXX yearly a little more or less and she says okay well if that is the case then you qualify for lower payments go back to the dealer and tell them to do your calculations over numbers are wrong, I go back dealer ask who I talked to XXXX XXXX contact Friendly Finance and spoke with them and somehow everyone was fine and the information given me was wrong the young lady was a new employee she misunderstood the reported income everything is okay now. The following year in XX/XX/XXXX I pull my credit report on-line and see that friendly finance is reporting my income at XXXX a year so I call them they deny and says XXXX, XXXX or whoever is mistaking because we do not report income. I asked based on my income do I qualify for lower payment she states your monthly payments are correct. Since then, throughout the years, I have been making payments of {$440.00} to {$450.00} having to deal with unfair add on fees for when my account goes pass due, lies about the months I actually owe for a represented spoke to me in XX/XX/XXXX. I received a letter stating I owe {$1300.00} I question why and denied that I even owed it. they explain with much confusion one representative after the other the supervisor explains and apologized for the confusion, I accepted knowing that she was not telling the truth about what I owed but decided I was going to request to speak to someone over management she refused to give that information stating, " this is a very small business. I made payment arrangements with the account specialist she stated the last payment you made in XXXX XXXX {$450.00} dollars was for XXXX payment so your next payment will be for XXXX payment I agreed to disagree and made payment of {$800.00} on XXXX XXXX which supposed to cover XXXX and XXXX payments and then on XXXX XXXX {$440.00} was collected for XXXX payment. and now on this day XX/XX/XXXX corrupt and crooked charges come knocking again telling me I owe for the month of XXXX and XXXX and when I question them about the letter, they sent me in XXXX requesting the dollar about of {$1300.00}. she asks me what months were covered in the letter I stated that's what you should be telling me. she tries to throw a bunch of confusion out and get upset when I slow, her down by asking question about dates and payments that were made she told me that payment for XXXX was return and was not made until the XXXX which means I only owe them for XXXX she realized that and started trying to deflect stating I am not understanding yelling I well have to have my manager call you back because I will not be doing this with you today. I responded I am not misunderstanding anything your acting crazy because I am asking for clarity and once you realized the payment for XXXX was paid in XXXX now you want to act like you are looking for clarity on rather that was XXXX payment just stop, I see now when I speak with Friendly Finance, I have to record every conversation because this happen too often. she then yells again listen I am going to have my manager call you. And then what, I asked. who manages the manager, and she says, " I will let her tell you that '', I respond, " Okay that's what I thought you would say? However Friendly Finance is bad news taking advantage of consumers they are unprofessional crooked and corrupt corporation that needs to be audit by the government to check for unfair and corrupt bookkeeping and accounts because if they have done this to me, I am sure the government would fine other interesting illegal business behavior they reported {$95000.00} yearly verses what I stated and gave as proof of income which was about {$38000.00} yearly to the credit beau

Dated XXXX XXXX, XXXX : This letter is in reference a XXXX XXXX XXXX ( Vin # XXXX ) purchased at XXXX located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX, MD XXXX on XXXX XXXX, XXXX. Shortly after my purchase Friendly Finance Corporation contacted me to schedule a time to have a GPS system installed in my vehicle. Shortly after installation my car started giving me dependability/safety concerns. My vehicle will not start and this has been interminably for the past seven months dating back to XXXX XXXX. I had an open case with XXXX because I was spending XXXX of dollars on repairs and the issue still occurred. I have been working with the XXXX dealer and from their Certified Technician professional reference the GPS device that is required per my contract with Friendly Finance Corporation to have placed on my car has interference with other factory electrical components in my car causing it to be inoperable. From the professional reference of the XXXX Certified Technician there is no safe location within the car that this device can be place without causing interference. This is causing me an extreme amount of inconvenience, safety concerns for my family as I travel with my minor children and excessive money due to towing, service on my car, financial losses ( rental car payments, cab services and days missed at work ) and leave usage on my job. I attempted to speak with someone on the leadership team several times last week regarding this matter leaving messages requesting a call back last no one has returned my call. I have reached out and obtain counsel because this is a requirement that Friendly Finance Corporation has chosen per my contract and it has caused a great deal of cost and safety issues/concerns that I will not be held liable to consume. This GPS system needs to be removed immediately. My car has been inoperable for months now. The XXXX dealers can not fix the issue. The car is inoperable and Friendly finance is trying to hold me accountable for issues caused by their GPS Issue. Today is XXXX XXXX, XXXX and the car is this inoperable. Friendly Finance Corporation XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, MD XXXX Update : Today is XXXX XXXX, XXXX, the owner of friendly finance along with the legal team contacted me shortly after my first complaint to the CFPB in XXXX XXXX. Before then it was extremely hard getting anyone to listen. The owner agreed to have my car repaired. Only problem was that when payment needed to be rendered/confirmed, No one returned my calls nor did they return the call of the mechanics. This was back in late XXXX XXXX Because no one was ever able to be contacted. I picked up my car a couple of weeks later and drove home. The next morning I could not start it Again! At that point I have been dealing with this issue for 9-10 months. I ca n't believe anything Friendly Finance says because they are untruthful, they claimed the owner was out of town and unavailable. He would contact me shortly after his return, which never happen. I spoke with someone in charge of my account to set up some sort of arrangement as far a payment. I understand that I owed on this car. That has never been the issue but, the car has not been in working order and safe to drive. I lost out all around the board on no fault of my own. I lost my down payment along with all the money spent on repairs/ rental cars/ loss of work etc. This issued occurred with a faulty GPS system that I myself would have never agreed to install. This was all the doing of Friendly finance. Friendly Finance agreed to hold my account and get the car repaired but 3 weeks later a very rude employee of friendly finance calls to schedule a repo. The car had been in my yard for about 6 weeks since it last stopped working. Meanwhile the owner of friendly finance not available for my calls and never returned mines.

To Whom It May Concern -- I am filing a formal complaint against Friendly Finance Corporation for what I feel are very unfair, unscrupulous, and unprofessional business practices. In XXXX XXXX 2016, I purchased a car at XXXX XXXX, which was financed through Friendly Finance Corporation. In the years and months that I have had an account with them, I have experienced several incidents where people who I have had contact with who work for Friendly Finance Corporation have been very rude, unprofessional, and lacking basic knowledge of how to provide good customer service. There have been several occasions where people who work with Friendly Finance have called me when I have been late with making my monthly payment, and spoke to me in a tone that was very assertive, threatening, and rude. The calls have been so disturbing to the point where one might think that this is a part of their standard business practices. The most recent incident occurred yesterday when a woman called me and basically told me that they were going to repossess my car because she told me that I was way behind on my payments, that I had written bad checks in an attempt to make a payment, and that I had incurred overdraft fees. When in fact, had she done further research and communicated with people who are familiar with my account, that Friendly Finance erroneously charged my checking account when I had made arrangements to make a payment via the Holiday Extension offer I had received, which was then voided as a result of this mistake made by whoever is in charge of monitoring my account, which got my account in poor standing in the first place. This call from this woman was very disturbing and troublesome. I then called back and spoke to a gentleman named XXXX, who has been very helpful and professional in the past, and got the misunderstanding straightened out thankfully. In addition, I feel that Friendly Finance is exploiting my credit rating -- which is not good right now -- and essentially ensuring that they make an excessive profit from my credit standing my 1 ) Only reporting my payment history to ONE credit bureau, and not all three, greatly limiting my chances to refinance and pay the true value of my vehicle. 2 ) Having a good payment/credit history with Friendly Finance virtually means I still have no credit history if they 're only reporting to one credit bureau, and they know this, because most auto finance/refinance companies monitor XXXX and XXXX, not XXXX XXXX, who Friendly Finance reports to. I am a law-abiding, hard-working, self-respecting man who tries to do right by myself, and those I come in contact with. I am a Veteran of the military, and I have served my country honorably. I am currently dealing with some difficulties, but I know I will work my way through them. However, the last thing I need is an auto finance company that is exploiting my credit rating or lack thereof, being rude, inconsiderate, and unprofessional towards me, and simply lacking the ability to provide good customer service. I do n't deserve this, nor have I done anything to deserve this. I really feel that Friendly Finance Corporation owes me a formal apology for the difficulties they have given me, and will promise me that they will work to do better by me and their customers moving forward. It really is n't hard to get this done, but given their pattern of professional irresponsibility, I doubt that this will happen. I will be filling complaints with the local chapter of the Better Business Bureau, and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. I simply want Friendly Finance Corporation to clean up their act, and do better. That 's not hard to do, and it should n't take me filing a complaint to prompt them to do so.

I am a customer with Friendly Finance for almost 5 years now. I have gotten into a place where I have had to make arrangements with this company due to lost of job unexpected life event, I have always kept my agreement and have tried my best not let the company " GUESS '' my circumstance. I have made an arrangement with this company to pay {$400.00} a month {$33.00} more then my payment so that they will finally give me an extension on the account to cover the month I had gotten behind. So i have been making {$400.00} payments every month for the past 3 months and have 1 more month to go before they will give me the extension to bring me all the way current. But I have kept my agreement. On Monday he called me to verifie my arrangement to make payment on Saturday. HE TOLD ME WHAT MY ARRANGEMENT was ... ... I said yes and we hung up. He then procedes to call me 9-12 times a day leave multiple answering machine messages EVERY DAY and call my references EVERY DAY after we hung up. From bogus numbers as if they are in my town or a different state but when you try and call these numbers back their is no connection. I work during the daytime hours so no one has time to talk to someone every SINGLE DAY when i have already made arrangements and have a history of keeping my PROMISE. I called the company to request a Supervisor to complain they said they could n't let me speak to one at that moment but would have one return my call and no one has returned my call. This goes on month after month. When i am clearly making my payment each month as i have agreed. And to threaten Rep on my answering machine i just think is unfair and causes me a great deal of stress on something I feel I am doing and keeping my promise for. I just do n't understand why they are just aloud to do whatever. I fear my car will be gone every morning i wake up even though I am doing what they have asked me to do. I ca n't continue to go through this I wish I could just give the car back but you and I both no I can not do that when my livley hood depends on getting back and forth to work. XX/XX/2019-Friendly Finance Rep called and left a msg stating she would move forward with locating my vehicle for repossession. I called her back within a few minutes and scheduled a pmt arrangement to pay XXXX pmt on XX/XX/XXXX and XXXX pmt XX/XX/XXXX. I explained that I did not have card or account information to provide her and I would call back on the XX/XX/XXXX to pay. XX/XX/2019-Friendly Finance rep called again and I gave the same pmt arrangements again and also explained that I had already made arrangements the previous day. When I was not able to provide her with my debit card number she said she would just call back on Monday XX/XX/2019- Friendly Finance rep called again. I explained to him that I have made the same pmt arrangements every day this week and nothing was going to change. If my arrangement to pay was not sufficient then the reps should have explained that on previous days. He said my plan to pay on XX/XX/XXXX was noted but not the arrangement for XX/XX/XXXX and that he would document that. I explained to him the rude communications that I have been having from them. I told him what the previous rep said about calling me on Monday when I wasnt able to provide my bank acct number or card number and he suggested that I do not answer the call on Monday XX/XX/2019-Friendly Finance rep XXXX called. I explained that I have already made arrangements almost every day this week. I was upset about the 4th conversation within 5 business days. I told her my arrangement wouldnt change and to stop calling my phone and she threatened to move forward with repossession efforts. I called and spoke with who I thought was a supervisor. She explained that my call was being recorded and that my complaint would be given to her manager. I also requested that XXXX not call me again or handle my account any further. My account is not even 30 days past due yet. Why am I going through so much and being harassed almost everyday. This is entirely too much. Please help.

I financed a vehicle through FRIENDLY FINANCE CORP. on XX/XX/XXXX. My spouse took the vehicle in our divorce. My ex-wife defaulted on the payment and the vehicle was repossessed sometime in XX/XX/XXXX. The original loan amount was around {$11000.00}. After the loan was charged-off a judgment was obtained against me in the amount {$8800.00} plus accrued interest in the amount of {$1400.00} with 22.9 % interest on the principal balance. I was notified of a garnishment order for this judgment by my employer. I did n't protest the garnishment due to the fact I knew I signed for the loan. FRIENDLY FINANCE garnished my wages from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX for a total amount of {$14000.00}. I contacted the law firm handling my account on behalf of FRIENDLY FINANCE and was told my case was closed and the judgment had been satisfied. I believed this to be the end of this matter however in XX/XX/XXXX I received a noticed from an attorney representing FRIENDLY FINANCE regarding an outstanding balance of around {$3000.00} for the above auto loan. This time I was served noticed and went to court. FRIENDLY FINANCE was actually trying to obtain or transfer my default judgment from XXXX to XXXX. The judge in XXXX ruled the judgment was paid and that he would vacate the judgment. Now FRIENDLY FINANCE is falsely reporting this as charged off on my credit with a charged off balance of over {$6000.00}, which is incorrect. By my estimation I have paid over XXXX for this XXXX loan. I 'm still paying for this loan everyday due to the higher interest rates on loans term I receive due to this predatory lender.

I have been paying on my car loan for over five years now. According to the truth in lending statement signed XX/XX/13, my original loan was for {$16000.00} at an annual percentage rate of 15.95 %. My simple finance charge was to be {$8400.00}. So total price was {$25000.00} of which I paid {$1000.00} down, leaving me with {$24000.00} to pay. Payments were to be {$370.00} per month for a total of 66 beginning XX/XX/13. I will admit I had some difficulties with payments a couple of times, but I worked hard to make them up by making extra payments. There were times I would pay over {$1000.00} to my account to make up for missing payments. However, here we are, five years later and according to my lender I still owe {$11000.00} on my loan. I have tried to have them explain this to me. I have asked how this was possible considering my TIL statement. They can not give me a straight answer. I was looking to pay off this loan and be done. But with this much owed, it is impossible. I can not even trade the car in! I have asked for and received a ledger showing the amounts I have paid over the last five years. It does not make a whole lot of sense because half way through they changed computer systems. But, adding up the amount of my payments I get a total of {$26000.00}. This is over what my TIL statement claims I should have paid.

I have had issues with Friendly Finance Corporation : XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX, MD XXXX We have requested a full statement several times and even fax multiple request and still no Statements. We fell behind on our payment and negotiated a Bi-Weekly payment of {$250.00} which has been deducted several time from our accounts in the last several months. They have constantly reported missing payments on our ( my spouse and I ) credit report and will not supply a statement as to how and if our payments are recorded. We are dealing with several agents from friendly finance and the harassing phone calls at work. We have specifically requested both verbally and written for them to stop calling my wife work but they will not stop. They have both our cell phones and prefer to call my wife 's work. She has been reprimanded by HR as they call and introduce themselves as Friendly Finance and asked HR multiple times if the vehicle was park at the office as they would like to know in case they need to repossess the car. Friendly finance has continue to harass us - debit and collect payments from us and refuse to give us a statement while reporting missing payments on our credit report. We have also called to request a statement as we are considering options to pay off the loans.

The company in question uses very deceitful and very infuriating ways to try and get payments. The company makes promises that it refuses to keep and uses threats that it will not keep such as constantly threatening to repossess said vehicle. Even after I told the company to come and pick up the vehicle they still decided to try and constantly call me at work and on my home line to the point of blatant harrassment. From the time of XX/XX/XXXX till now XX/XX/XXXX, constant threats have been made to garnish checks and repossess the vehicle even though I very clearly told them to come and pick up said vehicle back in XXXX. I have saved text messages from employees and supervisors with very questionable interactions between I and said company. And the company also continuously claims payments have not been made since XXXX XXXX XXXX even though I have records of payments being made over the past 3 months and twice in one month on occasions to catch up the past due balance.

I contact my loan company Friendly Finance on XX/XX/2018 via email at XXXX inform them that I will be mailing XXXX payment. I was sent a very detail message on XX/XX/XXXX that was left by Mrs. XXXX on my father voicemail in regards to my delinquent account. She left a very threatening message that disclosure details of my delinquency which is consider a 3rd party violation. This action was taken although I made an attempt prior to contact them via email. No effort was made by Friendly Finance to contact me via the mode of communication that I initiate. Instead they made an attempt to not only violate my right to privacy but embrassed me by disclosing my finance information via voicemail to a 3rd party.

This company has repeatedly called our business line in attempt to collect a debt from one of our employees. I have repeatedly told them that they must call the personal phone number they have on file for the individual. They continue to call multiple times a week and have just today ( XX/XX/22 around XXXX XXXX EST ) asked me to give the employee the message to " call his finance company, we are looking for his car '', after getting in an argument with me because I asked they call his personal number. At this point, this company is harassing our business for a personal debt of one of our employees and it needs to stop.

Friendly Finance Corp XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX has been suing me since XX/XX/XXXX thus having my wages garnished at least 20 times give or take. The original amount of the judgment was {$11000.00} I have paid {$17000.00}. On XX/XX/XXXX I was served another garnishment notice saying that the total amount due is {$49000.00}. There should be some type of statute of limitations on how long a company can keep taking you to court to have your wages garnished.

I have told my loan company not to call me at work. It is against our company policy to get personal phone calls. I have been warned by my employer once already. I informed the finance company on XXXX occasions not to call me at work but they continue and say they do n't have a note of it.
