I contacted the company in XXXX to inform them I had lost my job and I was going to need some assistance they never contacted me back I reached out to them again in XXXX still nothing then in XXXX they dinged my credit report I contacted them again and said Ive been reaching out to you nobody will respond I lost my job I could only afford to pay {$25.00} a month right now they said thats not gon na make a difference but you can do it and then they started texting me several times a week after XXXX oclock in the evening the most current one was XX/XX/XXXX at XXXX XXXX

When I filed for Bankruptcy I agreed to pay my attorney through fresh start funding. I was able to make a few payments. I submitted emails to my attorneys, and fresh start funding my eviction letter, health issues and not working a 80 hour pay period. I called fresh start funding in XXXX AZ, and asked could I start over in a new contract and they stated no. I want to start over, and have those no payments removed from credit report. I want to pay.
