I've had that displeasure of dealing with XXXX ( spelling ) on several occasions and it never goes well. She is very condescending with her questions and if you're late she talks to you like you're XXXX. Her tone is very condescending and she enjoys arguing. I went to leave her a bad review on XXXX on the companies behalf and I see others have given a bad rating with her name on it too so please understand I yelled at this lady and cussed her up and down left to right but she has no business dealing with customers and as far as I'm concerned, deserved it. It took me 12 minutes, TWELVE MINUTES of screaming at her to take my payment for her to finally take the payment. She refused until I answered all her 1 question eve though I already had. I told her I could only pay her {$100.00} this week and the rest the following Friday, I am behind, I always answer their calls, i explained to them Monday that my check didn't come yet and that's the only reason I didn't pay as promised, my work mailed my check to my house and I can prove all of this and i told them this Monday and I tried telling her I'm going through problems and i answered enough of her questions but she they were not good enough she then responds with " well you said you'd pay this amount and now you're paying less so what happened? '' Last I checked I did not have to provide an inside look into my life or financial situation, I am there to tell you how much i can pay and when I can pay again and that's really all that matters, I just wanted to pay my bill but because I wouldn't give her good enough answers she refused to take my payment. If this lady at all understood that i left an abusive relationship and do not need to be made to feel like crap when trying to pay my car payment. Little does she know I looked at the {$200.00} I had left after paying my {$800.00} rent ON MY OWN and that {$200.00} was either going to the car payment so i can keep my job or pay XXXX to the car and XXXX in groceries so I can feed my XXXX year old for the next 2 weeks. She Made a comment I was sensitive and thought this was funny. I genuinely believe she enjoyed it. She called me sensitive and i got worse with the yelling I asked to speak to a manager because she was making me really upset that I started cussing and yelling because she just wouldn't take the payment, she said she is the manager, then I asked to speak to corporate, she said she was corporate, I begged to talk to someone else she told me there was no one else, however, she then advised me she brought someone on the line but just told me she was the only one there and i couldn't talk to anyone else. She told me she wasn't taking my payment until I answered her question. At that point, I felt this was harassment, going on 12 minutes of me repeating over and over again that i just want to pay and move on with my day, she dragged it out, she legally can not force me to answer questions just to make a payment and carry that on and argue with me for TWELVE minutes! Do you not think it would of just been easier for her to take the payment and move on? Do you think it's right that every time I call in this situation she thinks because she's manager she can bully you into answering her questions? Does she understand that she can't refuse me the right to deal with someone else? I tried to get it to end she wouldn't budge and she clearly enjoyed every second of it and it was honestly really deranged what she did and why she would even carry on that long and not just take the freaking payment and move on! I'm seeking emotional distress damages from the 12 minutes of harassing me on why I'm short my car payment and the previous phone calls I've had to deal with her doing the same thing and clearly I'm not the only one just look at her name on the companies XXXX reviews! I don't have these problems with anyone else at that company! Just her!
