Today I received an XXXX alert stating that I have a new collection fro m Franks Adjustment bureau in the amount of {$480.00}. I have no knowledge of this account, I have also never received any correspondence regarding this account. I did some research also and I was unable to also confirm that this company is allowed to collect in my residential state of IL.

I have just been informed of this co llection as of X/XX/17 . THe co mpany is saying that they can keep this on my credit report for 20 years. I have researched this case individually, and the amount out for collection exccedes the amount the first party originally attempted to collect.
