This loan opened XXXX XXXX. They say I owe now Through XX/XX/XXXX. This note began as a 36 month note. I have been spoken to outside the law allowance, I have been XXXX by the CEO MANAGER with her statements directly to me I work the business I should know how it works, She has no rights to state that to me, and she was not willing to work or even try to explain or except she was wrong which she was this a complaint with many different complaints regarding this company and how the owner with some of her employees have talked to and treated me regarding my loan with the company. 1. This company continuingly called me at my place of employment in XXXX TN every single day multiple times and they were told more than multiple times to stop calling me at my job, and they refused to stop, until I Told the branch manageXXXX in the XXXX XXXX XXXX to have the two different employees XXXX XXXX then XXXX to stop calling me at my job, they were given permission once and the former manager XXXX in same office asked XXXX to stop as well and she wouldn't until i told XXXX the owner before the wrongfully let XXXX go. 2. After I went thru a hard time, XXXX Pandemic hit, my Work hours were cut, I missed being XXXX and 2 payments not 6 were missed the former manager XXXX XXXX ; XXXX what she called a type pf recondition on my account that she said would forgive my late charges and it caught me up and advanced me three months for Hardships. I was told at that time I would be due for XXXX of XXXX. Then in XXXX I am called and told i am 2 months behind, After complaining and arguing I am not and sent am email of a breakdown i could not understand and the Branch Manager XXXX said she didn't know how to explain to it me this list she has on file shows where I am and what I paid and I am past due and is what it is, I attempted to pay and they refused to make the account right, and then another Rep in XXXX 's office looked at the account and that incident came to it was a late charge that was not removed which was told should have and the credit report should have been corrected and WAS not and still made pay an extra month. Then today I receive a letter in the mail contacted the branch and called 4 times, which calls are logged or where they are coming from, The branch was called 4 times and they refused to answer my call, I then called the XXXX office and had a return call by the owner XXXX who is a very rude and non workable person worth the ways my loan has been handled. In saying this all she said as she did on the last conversation we had was i know how this works I do the business which is not a professional thing to say to anyone and I asked her why i received a standard letter in the mail today I was being Sued. She said they received a Certified letter from my address signed Refused by me.. I HCE NOT AND I DID NOT SIGN ANY Certified Letter from XXXX XXXX XXXX addressed to XXXX XXXX @ XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX TN XXXX, stating such, and she then said, well I am already sued.3. By law not be sued, or even threated to be sued without the proper documentation sent my attention stating the actions are about to take place, she said I now have to pay her attorney and more money on top of the dollar amount I am in disputes with that I owe this company, This was a loan that the Title was already released to me once a certain dollar amount was paid toward the loan back to me. This loan was originally on a three year note and I was told by XXXX the original manager who handled all the paperwork, that after they modified the loan due to hardships on my me and my household on 2 occasions I would only owe 12 more additional months not 24, and 4. I was also told I would NOT owe any extra interest expired and now all a sudden I do. I feel this company has cheated me, abused the collection laws, have showed poor job performances with the ways they have spoke to me as a individual, customer, and should have never had any rights to STATE put oud to me multiple times using my own job profession as ANY collection tool, or example or statement of slang toward me in this XXXX. I feel I should be completely forgiven for repayment and exempted to a XXXX balance immediately and notified of a XXXX left they claim I owe as of today XX/XX/XXXX and attorney fees added to now owe as well to First Franklin Financial located in XXXX TN and EVER more. This was a 3 year note that has turned into a XXXX year note, NEVER refinanced I also feel the CFPB should open a full investigation on the newly opened company and visit these offices and witness how consumers are being spoken to and treated and wrongly charged on there loans and consumers and workers are being treated by this company, the owner and her employees. I was pre-appreoved for a mortgage in XX/XX/XXXX/XX/XX/2014 with Franklin First Financial. I was directed into an FHA mortgage because of my troubled credit history. I was not made aware of the up front funding fee or the annual insurance premium until days before the closing. Yes, I was provided with disclosures, whether they were provided timely I am not sure, but they were not explained to me, rather I was told I needed to sign them or the loan would be declined. During the course of the process, my lender was not transparent and was often impossible to contact to help answer routine questions. I asked several times a week when I could epxect an estimate on closing costs, I didnt receive the final GFE until 2 hours before the closing. I was quoted 4 % the entire time, I questioned why the application said 4.5 % he said it 's because he had to 'throw any rate in ' to complete the application. The night before the closing I learned this was my rate and there was nothing I could do about it. Mysteriously, an XXXX $ credit appeared on the HUD settlement statement to help offset the increased rate, but this credit went directly to the seller as he was responsible for all closing costs according to the purchase and sales. The lender took well over 2 months to close this loan, which resulted in huge financial penalties to me. I stayed in my home I was renting two months longer than expected and the seller of the property lost his patience along the way and threatened to charge per diem and walk away from the deal many times creating a very stressful situation for me and my family. During the course of this, I recieved a denial letter in the mail after being told by the lender the same day that I would be closing the next week. The underwriter was mistaken, and I had to provide knowledge of rule changes in order for the bank to proceed. The seller, who will be recieving his own series of complaints, held our deposit in his personal account and spent it, prior to closing. We were pre-approved with another lender and wanted to go to him but we could n't do so because our deposit was spent and our seller threated to walk away if we did n't close. Further, the seller was in contact with the closing attorney 's office the day of the closing making changes to the HUD up to 30 minutes before the closing, adding miscellaneous fees and costs to reduce the amount of his closing costs, without my knowledge or consent. At closing, I was asked to write a check for XXXX $ which was the additional deposit amount required when I made a change to the purchase and sales changing the purchase amount from XXXX to XXXX. I already paid this difference via check to the seller and the lender failed to request evidence of this payment prior to closing, so as a result I was forced to pay it again and told to 'ask for it back ' from the seller ( who had been so reasonable throughout. ) I could go on and on, and I 'd be happy to, but I feel that I 've provided enough information to get an inquiry started.

Hello i am writing to report Franklin first financial company. This company is unethical, unwilling and unresponsive with the loan process i am currently in. I am dealing with this company over the past six months and still we are unable to close a loan. I understand issues were involved on our part with the contractors initially however after all the paper work was submitted still no response still no answer. So in short this is what my family and i are going through. We are being swindle everyday with unrealistic dates, we appointed one person to handle calls and communication however when he calls his calls are either 1. ignored 2. send to voicemail 3.forward to a number that leads you to a number that does n't work. The mortgage bankers are very incapable in this company. They promised a 48-72 hour document review feedback however i have never received a feedback in this time period. These bankers are very slow they work reactive instead of proactive. The process has being so slow and exhausting that i had to submit documents not once or twice but three times. The major problem i have with these bankers are giving us false hopes, false dates, ignoring consumer telephone calls and other deceptive practices. When the compliance officer reached out to me it was the same thing they blamed us for not submitting documents on time however if they stood to there promise this would n't be a issue. Please help me understand why this company has to used deceptive practice.

Hi I have an account with Franklin First FinancialIn Late XXXX I Paid two months mortgage payments in advance and I was instructed that to get refunded the additional payment made in error I would have to grant them access to deduct another mortgage payment which in turns means I will be immediately refunded. Unfortunately the last response provided from the Mortgage company is that they owe me no funds.
