I received a letter from a law firm called Frank , Frank , Goldstein & Nager PC. in early XXXX regarding bills they claimed I owed to XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I sent them a letter disputing the debt, because the fees had already been paid, and demanding they validate the debt and instructing them to stop contacting me.
The firm never validated the debt. Today I received essentially the same letter as I received in XXXX, seeking to collect the same debt.
I have repeatedly tried to contact XXXX XXXX XXXX regarding this issue over the last two years as well. They simply do not respond. I have brought it up with my treatment provider during our visits as well, and they inform me they " will take care of it '' but the issues are never addressed. I am a XXXX XXXX and the stress of being harassed by debt collectors is taking a negative toll on my health.
