I supposedly owe past dues fees ( {$4700.00} ) to XXXX XXXX XXXX here in XXXX, FL. I have been working with a collection agency located in XXXX, FL, for at least one year and making my payments every month as agreed. I recently received a letter dated XX/XX/2018, from Fountain Schultz & Associates located in XXXX, FL, trying to collect my supposedly past due fees as well. They are requesting {$5400.00}, from me by XX/XX/2018. I am reporting this complaint because both the collection agency and the law firm of Fountain Schultz & Associates can not collect on the same bill simultaneously.
