I have communicated with XXXX XXXXFoundation Title and Settlement Services multiple times now that they have facilitated and continue to cover for fraudulent Real Estate transactions. PLEASE VIEW ATTACHMENTS. The fact two different versions of title paperwork exist should be a red flag. XXXX mortgage and XXXX are investigating concurrently and have already provided conflicting information compared to Foundation Title and Settlement Services XXXX
A home sale has occurred without my signatures being obtained. Their own records indicate that my name is on borrower contract and on conveyance documents but The company will NOT1. Provide home sale signatures of mine that would have allowed sale of the property. 2. The signatures/paperwork that STATES if and how XXXX XXXX became sole title holder. 3. The companys own 4th statement line agreed to the proceeds, means I was, in fact of law, an owner. So again, I ask for copies of ALL PAPERWORK mentioned. What this company did was show segmented portions of a complete transaction. They did NOT provide records of said transaction that is required by law or by The Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act ( Respa ) as they would have had to actually see any transfer of property signatures of mine.

I HAVE REPEATEDLY TRIED TO GET A RESPONSE FROM XXXX XXXX, AND FOUNDATION TITLE & SETTLEMENT SERVICES , LLC BECAUSE THEY HAVE HELPED AND OR BEEN NEGLIGENT AND ALLOWED THE SALE OF A HOME WITH FORGED COPIES OF MY NAME ON THE PAPERWORK. I HAVE NOT EVER SIGNED ANYTHING FOR THEM SO WHEN THEY FIND MY SIGNATURES, THEY SHOULD KNOW THAT 1. THEY ARE FORGERIES AND 2. THE PERSON WHOM SENT THEM THE SIGNATURES IS GUILTY OF A MYRIAD OF DIFFERENT CRIMES INCLUDING REAL ESTATE FRAUD. I WANT COPIES OF ALL RELEVANT PAPERWORK AND ANY DOCUMENTATION ATTACHED TO MY NAME, SIGNATURE AND INFORMATION IMMEDIATELY IN ORDER TO TRACK DOWN ALL POSSIBLE OTHER FRAUDULENT USAGE.
