| I used Fortune Title Agency 's Services for my closing. Six months later, after not receiving a tax bill I contacted my local tax office to inquire. I was informed that my taxes and water/sewer were both delinquent and the property was not even in my name. Tax liens and judgments were to follow based on non-payment. turns out that Fortune Title Agency failed to register the deed with XXXX XXXX, thus causing a litany of problems and subjecting me and my property to enormous liabilities. I am still considering suing them for breach of contract, negligence and negligent misrepresentation. | ||||||
