On the evening of XX/XX/XXXX I made arrangements with the so called Sr. loan officer at Fortren Funding located at XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX NJ XXXX to refinance my mortgage and ever since then I have been complaining because they think their swift in covering up costly numbers for their clients and am fully on to their scheme in robbing innocent families with outstanding credit, then destroy them with phony personnel. It started when XXXX XXXX told me to stop making payments to my current lender at ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) on XX/XX/XXXX at this point XXXX XXXX stated to me to let my new LENDER know that they will not pay my taxes for the 1st quarter. I let XXXX know about this and at first it was OK. and after mid month I received a late payment from XXXX XXXX XXXX. I then contacted XXXX and XXXX XXXX another sales manager who went over my documentation to clarify my credit history and sign docs to qualify for the loan and had an XXXX credit score.So I cancelled ... This is when XXXX contacted me and said " no '' don't cancel because it was only a matter of my tax payment that the title company refused to pay up front for me to start my escrow account. However, we can start the process again the following month because there is still time before my 1st quarter taxes were due and I will submit the same contract again with no closing cost to you and don't worry about the late fee because you are still saving 2 hundred a month to keep your 2nd home. I said " please put this in writing and e-mail me that info ... and he did so ''. XXXX then instructed a Title company named XXXX XXXX XXXX at the time located in XXXX nj to arrange documentation on what we discussed And when XXXX XXXX arrived to my home on the evening mentioned XX/XX/XXXX she arrived with the HUD and we signed documents together as well as an unpaid hospice bill that appeared under my Dad 's name before he passed away in XXXX and simply had this removed from damaging my credit by notarizing that I was solely XXXX XXXX XXXX not XXXX ... And discussed like XXXX had mentioned to me that " although he said, " that there is no additional closing cost..there will be 500.00 from out of pocket expenses for the title agent and other fee if I can come up with XXXX with a cashier 's check to meet the tax deadline, since I will be skipping 2 monthly payments and receiving a disbursement check " from my old lender ( XXXX XXXX ) for the amount of 1900 and change but not until LATER in XXXX since my old escrow account is being washed. and there we go XXXX stated, I also asked XXXX about the XXXX being the tax deadline and questioned how taxes were being paid and XXXX stated, they had to be escrowed into mortgage account from title company for recording and mentioned that it's a refinance and a few days late will not effect anything maybe a few extra dollars. He also told me to remember that we were brother 's being that were both from the same town 1 mile apart. At this time XXXX told both myself and my girlfriend that this cashier 's check is strictly for my tax payment and nothing else and attached it with the 1st payment letter on the HUD and mentioned again " for taxes only! '' as she held it up to us. And this is where it does get tricky because the actual contract on the HUD realize is the original contract from when XXXX then XXXX stepped in as the Sr. loan officer to service the majority of this loan, XXXX or known as XXXX started the contract to approve my loan. So being numbers were left the same from the previous month evidently there has been a history of confusion and me and my family had to sacrifice over what XXXX had mentioned was a HUGE mistake and would have this problem handled ASAP for me when I contacted him by XX/XX/XXXX and asked him why only partial payment was made towards my taxes? I contacted him a few weeks later and told him that my taxes were still due but not delinquent and will have to pay on my own since I had a ton of money at that time. XXXX and my township asked why should I if I already escrowed them? And my town stated that they will put a yellow sticker on? XXXX said he checked again and they would be paying them soon. By the following year of XX/XX/XXXX I was receiving odd e-mails about unauthorized payments from my checking account for late payments from XXXX XXXX located over seas where all negative information was recorded to my credit history as well as the unpaid lien that was from my father 's and had to pay numerous penalties and fees for this error. By XX/XX/XXXX my car payment drastically increased along with my mortgage payment costing me an extra cost of living of 300.00 per month with an escrow shortage and canceled credit card. When I contacted XXXX he asked me who paid my taxes? I told him XXXX and he did not say anything but he will get back. I called again and this is when he disconnected his phone. I finally called in XX/XX/XXXX and spoke to anther man XXXX XXXX who I never met and would not know what XXXX and I actually arranged. So he stated that he was taking charge of this loan and took a look at it and asked if this was a no appraisal fee and skipping 2 payments I said yes. he then asked me if I received a disbursement check? I said yes, then XXXX asked what did I do with it? spend it! I said yes towards my 1st 2 voucher payments made to fortren funding in the amount of XXXX when my payments were less than that amount and ended up with an escrow shortage after the 1st analysis came due from the negligence from the originators from what I was told by XXXX XXXX XXXX and went directly to a credit service then sold to them delinquent after contacting their ombudsman dept. XXXX then told me it was too late to make any changes and not to have no more contact with them because no one is here to help me except my current lender who ever they were because my loan got all screwed up. By the time it was then sold to XXXX XXXX my current lender I was and have been facing more escrow shortages, late payments diminished credit score and had to sell my second home and became XXXX because I thought this was a temporary mishap. And having no choice than to pay the losses to avoid losing my primary residence. By the summer of XXXX I was facing XXXX losses and submitting many complaints but the damages at that time were not severe enough for me to pursue and I received a phone call from a third party at Fortren Funding XXXX by XX/XX/XXXX and he told me that XXXX is no longer available to explain how this loan fell out of my favor and would be too costly in court with all of the banks handling my loan and suggested that I request a loan modification where that would reduce my interest another point and any liens that were recorded would be forgotten and that none of these consumer complaints believe me because the XXXX messed up the paperwork. I knew that this was another false misrepresentation so I reported all of this to my current lender. I also did contact other authorities. An experienced Sr.loan officer with my credit history and the HUD presented to them is self explanatory with the 48th month history if examining, the timing of the disbursement check which I was accused of spending towards my taxes ... HUD 1 settlement statement lines XXXX fees XXXX line XXXX taxes ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX with tax certificate showing that taxes were open for XX/XX/XXXX on the evening at closing. And the payoff to my former lender ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) At this time of course everyone involved has avoided any involvement in this criteria and are probably out there in other offices after closing down. Hopefully this will give a clearer picture how these people who can not maintain their own lives, careers and jobs, families etc.It 's the people who work hard like my father did and I who have outstanding credit and a work history of 39 straight years in the work force until I had to work harder at XXXX years old for what started as a simple mistake. And myself being a homeowner 2 telling me how to handle my money ... hopefully justice is served for all of them!

For the past 4 years I've been involved in a refinance scheme causing me to lose my home and now facing foreclosure on my primary residence after I submitted several complaints about the company before shutting down their locations and lying to officials about a cashier 's check that I issued to a XXXX XXXX instructed by XXXX XXXX. I signed and notarized documents on the evening of XXXX XXXX that stated that I was named after my late father as XXXX. Instead they used my cashier 's check that was suppose to pay my 1st quarter taxes, and used to satisfy a lien that was not mine for a hospice bill before my Dad passed over 20 years ago ... .When I contacted the Sr. loan officer he disconnected his phone and then a XXXX XXXX lied to officials that I misused a disbursement check instead of paying the remainder of my taxes which proved to be inaccurate and a lie because the disbursement check was issued after the 1st quarter were due on my behalf. I already submitted complaints and the company stated the this was a duplicate of the same complaint and shut down and relocated to another company. At this time I am paying for a delinquent mortgage for the rest of my life caused by these crooks and became XXXX and receiving numerous foreclosure statements and my home is up for collateral from another mortgage company after being transferred to 4 different banks since the time I refinanced over 4 years ago. I also am receiving letters on behalf of my late father to attend church seminars in XXXX NJ for people behind on their mortgages. When I get there to explain to them that I am XXXX XXXX young and not my late Father who passed away over 20 years ago, they just look at me and do not have any recourse for a scheme like this to work against someone in this manner. At this time I have been trying to support 2 homes without any credit cards and now 4 years behind on all home repairs and can not afford a new vehicle while having a sever condition and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. This has been very unfair for my family and I for the past 4 years after 39 years in the workforce and never missed any kind of payments since I was XXXX XXXX XXXX when I started the workforce to get my parent 's out of a recession. Since then I have always avoided this situation by working 2 jobs and a trade working any type of construction projects. I became a professional XXXX XXXX XXXX and worked as a XXXX with over 30 years of experience and been with XXXX XXXX for 24 consecutive years before purchasing my second investment property in XXXX which these crooks caused me to LOSE. Make no mistake ... faceless cowards are going to pay ... At this time I have no other choice to take this matter in my own hands and relocating to another state to avoid the disruption caused. I have invested {$120.00} on landscaping and stone work throughout my 29 years owning my primary residence in XXXX NJ where my taxes are high enough without paying for a medical bill that was not mine, and lying to me that the problem was being fixed before they all started running scared from me .... I have to have all this work removed from my home and transferred out of state to correct what was done wrong to my family and I. This is the most shameful and embarrassing outcome I have ever experienced in a lifetime and XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that I can not afford after being elite for most of my life trying to work and earn a living here in New Jersey ... The bottom line is ... I refinanced my mortgage to save XXXX per month for my association dues for my second property that WAS WAS located in XXXX XXXX XXXX NJ ... then costing me over XXXX per month and an increased car payment without any credit cards ... Then lied to me and officials then run like scaredy cats from me to try and hide with other companies and putting my family and I in a long term recession. Well played ... and will pay.

On the evening of XX/XX/2015 I made arrangements with the Sr. loan officer at Fortren Funding to supply a cashier 's check for the amount of XXXX to forward to a title agent in order to start my new escrow account. Since my old escrow account did not have the substantial amount of funds to satisfy my taxes, I supplied those sufficient amount of funds with that check since according to XXXX the Sr. loan officer and the closing agent, stated that I would be receiving a disbursement check in the amount of XXXX back from my old lender after washing my old escrow account and also would be skipping 2 monthly payments making this transaction costing me {$500.00} from OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES. 2 months later I discovered that a tax payment did not get paid in full to my township and I called XXXX and said he will look into it as adjustments were being made. I also offered to pay the taxes myself and the township said I should not have to if they were escrowed and why was only a partial payment made? I then contacted XXXX again, when we discovered that my car payment had increased and my credit score was destroyed after having outstanding credit and and increased mortgage payment of {$220.00} plus penalties and fees from my current lender causing me to become XXXX from trying to make up losses in which XXXX said to pay temporarily because THERE WAS A HUGE MISTAKE until adjustments start kicking in. A few days later he disconnected his phone and disappeared. I then contacted the management and I spoke to XXXX and he asked me a couple questions and then asked me if I received a disbursement check? I said yes. He stated " there you go..you spent it '' I said yes..He then asked why didn't I pay my taxes with that disbursement. I told him that was not the arrangements I made and furthermore the check was no longer useful to pay taxes in late XXXX when I received from my former lender and even contacted them for sufficient proof. He then told me that only my new lender can help me who ever they are because my loan got all screwed up ... and anyway I skipped 2 monthly payments ... At this time after enormous hardship after my cost of living has increased {$300.00} a month for 3 consecutive years and can not work, I lost my second home and now facing foreclosure on my primary residence and have to live my life as if I am XXXX years old on hospice and my credit history shows up as my Father 's old credit history from over 20 years ago and have an outstanding radiology bill that was transferred to my name as XXXX. I know I have already submitted 20 + complaints about this matter and I know it is a duplicate ... .but however I will stop this from happening to anyone else and will have to handle this on my own as it is now being conspired by other collector 's

Please refer to case # XXXX. Realize that I have gotten XXXX different excuses from fortren funding and the title co, I Abstract on the whereabouts of my cashiers check in the amount of $ XXXX.First it was towards the title fees, Then I was told that XXXX failed to pay my taxes, then I was told that I spent the disbursement money for something else.Be advised that XXXX does n't have a clue to what he is talking about because he had nothing to do with this loan at the time.XXXX XXXX who stated that he was the Sr. loan officer taking this over on behalf of XXXX who I started this process with..It turns out at this time that the Title Co.in fact however discovered, that cashiers check did get lost and I should be expecting that check back according to XXXX at I Abstract Title Agency for the full amount.I was told this on XXXX.Now the funds that I have been paying for the last 18 months towards this shortage is the question of matter on how this gets fixed and recovered.Therefore, If I add up {$200.00} times the last 18 months comes out to {$3600.00}. And this is why I am not going away anytime soon about this factor.This is the reason I am and have been requesting a hearing so we can go over step by step with the proper authority and that the proper protocol was followed. In fact what XXXX XXXX does not want anyone to know is that I was told from him in early XXXX of 2015 not to draft anymore payments from my checking account to XXXX. When I checked my account on XXXX XXXX I was told from XXXX XXXX no action was taken yet and my taxes were still due. I had called XXXX and cancelled this deal immediately for misleading me..At this point is where XXXX XXXX called me up and explained to me that he already spoke to XXXX and that I had a grace period til XXXX XXXX, to pay those taxes in which " I would put the funds out in a cashiers check to the title when she arrives at my home on XXXX XXXX 2015, and that I will be getting most of these funds back in a month or so costing me about {$500.00} in out of pocket expenses '' And " that I should not have a problem coming up with {$2400.00} since I would be skipping 2 monthly payments '' ... I also have this document in writing from XXXX and XXXX XXXX in an e-mail.This is probably why XXXX is defending him and every time I call XXXX to discuss this matter to go over documents he blows me off and pretends nothing happened because the man is running and he is hiding from me ... yours truly XXXX XXXX

I refinanced i year ago and the lender failed to pay a quarter tax bill and submitted my last payment late causing my taxes to be delinquent and ruined my credit. after saying that they would resolve the issue and did n't ... I am now losing my second home and my new vehicle.
