Basically I was trying to add my card Fold Bank card to my XXXX XXXX. So once I added it in then clicked next, here it was asking me to verify because I never added card so then i clicked next again, thinking the verification was going to come to my phone number ( current ). While waiting an realizing that it was not coming so I clicked wallet again seen that it had my old number ending XXXX. So then I emailed fold cusyservice basically told them my situation, and I was at at work so not only that work at the hospital, so here it is I received a email from them stated thanks a person will be with you XXXX right so then I replied okay whatever on the email an then here was someone contacting me an they requested photo of my license, selfie, and wrote the date.. so what I did mind I work at hospital I cant just leave to go to the break room my belongings are in a locker, I took one of my selfie and the same screenshot of id and I pasted it to the the selfie that I had cropped out and added an wrote the date of XX/XX/2023 on the pic sent it the link that I was suppose too an got the confirmation an until this morning.. I checked email .. an 10 something I clicked on saying thanks for the information that u submitted XXXX right that we are closing your account hold I just received my money that I got paid for XXXX had the bank for a while money purchasing points building up XXXX on my account tan you cant call them every thing is email for support which is stupid.. and not only I have screen shots but like I was saying you I was also told that for the money in my account will be sent a check an km like wow XXXX irritated an all because I just got paid on the XXXX an I was recieving money on my card tomorrow an monday .. thats my only card source no vehicle irritating .. so its wrong wrote now all. Of sudden at XXXX something its this we can be reach or will get back to between business hours Monday Friday XXXX petty still been checking email havent got one since to see what the XXXX is going on you know

On XX/XX/XXXX I accidentally made an over payment of {$1700.00} to XXXX XXXX using XXXX bill pay using my Fold App debit card managed by XXXX XXXX. I called XXXX and they agreed to return the money to me. Rather than reverse the charge it seems they transferred the money in two separate transactions that they said were completed on XX/XX/XXXX. By XX/XX/XXXX, the money had not posted to my debit card account so XXXX told me to start a dispute with my bank for the transaction to get my funds back. I started the dispute on XX/XX/XXXX and the bank took over a month to respond. On XX/XX/XXXX they closed the dispute stating : We investigated your claim, and based on the details provided by yourself and the merchant, we determined that no error occurred because no supporting documentation was provided to validate the claim. Therefore, we have denied your claim. However they never asked for any additional information and would not respond to my requests for updates for over a month. On the same day I responded with additional documentation to prove my case. Fold App told me that they reached out to XXXX XXXX to reopen my case but as of XX/XX/XXXX, the bank had not responded to the additional information I provided on XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX added what looked like a provisional credit back of the {$1700.00} but it has not reflected in the available balance of the account.

Fold locked my bank account on XX/XX/2023. The business requested that I upload identity documents and a selfie. I uploaded them on XX/XX/2023. The business has not unlocked my account, provided a timeline for unlocking the account, returned the money that was in my account to me by check, or compensated me for lost income as a result of the freeze on my funds as of XX/XX/2023.

I have a Fold, Inc debit card account which is serviced by XXXX XXXX and offers XXXX rewards. On XX/XX/2023 Fold locked my account and have refused to communicate since despite several support tickets and phone calls all of which have been ignored. My balance on the card is now unavailable and the app will not allow me access.
